Aqueous Vapor

Very clean shop, super nice staff. But (and you knew there had to be one) just about every time I’ve gone in here, something has gone wrong. First time, I just got an extra charger so no issue there. Second time, I bought a bunch of juice based on tasting some of their mixes.
Well when I got home, one of these juices tasted AWFUL. And I mean *AWFUL*. I took it back to the store and one of the staffers begrudgingly tried it. He played dumb, saying he didn’t know what it was supposed to taste like. Please. I asked that someone else try it and after a couple of other customers agreed that it was awful, a lady came out of the back room, tried it and finally confirmed what the other customers thought also: AWFUL. She compared it to the other bottles of the same flavor, showed me how much darker my bottle was and finally gave me a replacement.
Next time I went in I just needed a couple of batteries. For whatever reason they couldn’t get my debit card to work and ended up double charging me. When I went back in to call out the mistake, I was told that they could only issue store credit. Fine, I thought, I’ll just get a couple tanks and extra batteries. The batteries they sell are fancy-​looking and branded for the company, but I’ve discovered that they only last a few months. Most other batteries last a year or more.
Anyway, I finally get it all home, fill the tanks and sit down to relax. Nope. Tanks are crap: I’ve replaced the coils in both of them 2 times in less than a week and it STILL tastes burnt.
In summary: although this is a nice shop with (mostly) friendly and helpful staff, the product is pure crap.

I’ve been to this location twice, it’s a very close shop to be, but I do typically order my supplies online.
That being said, I just stopped in for some kanthal wire and some cotton. They were out of the cotton, but to be fair everyone is out of this cotton lol. They did have the wire I wanted though.
There were two guys in there, both were with other customers at the time. Both the guys were really nice and knowledgable. Way more so than the last time I was in there. He showed me some of the atomizers they had, and the guy helping me even checked out my setup, cleaned it, and put some new cotton in there for me (since they were out of what I was looking for.)
I also noticed that they had a drill press in the corner. I inquired about it, and was informed that they do free modifications on atomizer air holes at time of purchase. That’s great! I have not seen a shop that offered that, yet.
I think this is a good shop, and I’ve always gotten good service here. I’m glad that vaping has started getting a large presence here in Kansas. Their store front and presentation also looks more professional than several shops I’ve been into. Their shelf of juice behind the counter is very interesting, and a creative idea. There is also a trophy shelf of the types of cigarettes were smoked, and the quit dates which I found very motivating.

I visited this shop the other day and was just blown away at how friendly and nice these people were to me. All the staff were great, glad to help or just answer questions. I have been vaping for 3 years and just like anyone else I started with a beginner kit. This has now become a great hobby for me. Anyway Eric opened my eyes to a whole new side of vaping. I got a nice regulated box mod for the first time and using a single coil setup in a RDA the flavor taste was just unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and check out this store or any of the Aqueous shops. You can’t go wrong.
