DISGUSTING filthy place! The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned since the place opened!!! You can smell them from the front of the store! Store hasn’t been cleaned ever! The owner; the manager and staff all just stand around playing computer games while«customers» break items and other vendors steal from each other! The deli cook is disgusting! She sneezed and continued to cook and serve food without washing her hands!!! I will never go back there and tell others to stay away Update: 06⁄2016 the kitchen is closed! They no longer have a deli. Maybe that’s a good thing, what vender would want people walking around with greasy fingers touching their items? No one ever. The deli was a bad idea from the start. Also there has been a complete turn over in employees, good? Bad? At least the owner didn’t have her face buried the computer and was actually working

In no way is any of this stuff«antique». I saw maybe ONE booth that had antiques in it; and I instantly felt sorry for that vendor because the rest of the place is like a giant garage sale or housewares section of a Goodwill. I feel duped that I spent the 45 minutes I did here. I guess I was always hoping something really cool would be around the next corner. It wasn’t. Find another place to antique shop — maybe a place with actual cool, old stuff? Oh, and the bathrooms are truly gross. My husband said they painted a urinal in the mens’ room. Who freaking does that???

HUGE store in this former grocery store… which might be why the aisles are laid out the same way. I was disappointed in the selection when we were there; most of it seemed to be junk you’d find at a yard sale in a lower income neighborhood. If you’re flat broke and need some cheap furniture, this might be a place to check out. Other than that, if you are expecting antiques or fine furnishings, unique items, go to Leavenworth or River Market.

This place was a Grocery store some time ago but it had gotten even better since then, though it was split in two there is still a large amount of items to check out. This place is quite clean and very well let. There are plenty of isles to look at and lots and lots of things to see. They don’t miss any opportunity to put up some sort of booth but it never feels like a bad layout. they make use of every open space they can while still making it easy to get around. there are side isles that run the with of the store between big sections of booths that go back to front and all have something to show off. Not only are the booths going back to front but there are plenty at the very back of the story that run along the back wall. It’s not high end prince antiques but it’s allot of fun neat stuff that you might want to add to your collection. They also sell furniture, as well as a few books. Definitely worth checking out, you just never know what you might find and make sure to look front and back to not miss anything. The staff is also very friendly.

Love this place! Great vintage and antique treasures to be found among the ordinary stuff. And the prices are right. The employees are also friendly and helpful. Not crowded with too much junk and broken garage sale items. The challenge — it staying this way. I hope that when I walk in in 6 months or a year from now the quality and prices will be the same.

This place is huge. If you want to walk through the whole mall, make sure you have a couple hours to kill. I’m not a huge vintage/antique shopper, so this place is designed for my liking. This place reminds me of a huge garage sale with a couple of booths resembling an Etsy shop. There are definitely some booths that are filled with junk, but if you have a good eye, you can find some really cool stuff. My favorite item that they have are old windows and window frames. I picked one up the first time I stopped in here. I’ve since placed it on my fireplace mantle and I’m still obsessed with it. I think I got it for $ 15 too. Amazing deal. I like to shop here for little knick knacks that fill in the empty spaces in my home. I’ve found some vintage books, repurposed picture frames, and even some furniture. Most of the booths are reasonably priced. And if you hit the mall at the right time, some of the booths will be 50% off or offer other discounts. I definitely feel nostalgic walking through the aisles too. So many things I spot remind me of my childhood. Most of them are old toys or games that I would never buy today. It’s just fun to see some of those things again. A lot of things would be a good white elephant or gag gift too!

Nice antique mall. There’s the usual overpriced silver coins and China faux stuff in some booths, but there are some good things to be found if you enjoy searching around the place. The owners were nice and helpful when we had questions. A good alternative to the mall for Xmas shopping.

I visited two«regular» antique stores off Shawnee Mission Parkway this afternoon, not even a mile away from each other. I felt silly for forgetting they were here. If you’ve discovered the vintage extravaganza in the West Bottoms the first weekend of the month, you’re used to the crowds, the markups, and the quick decision making. And if you’re like me, that’s the one weekend you devote an afternoon to antiquing and thrifting, and you forget about the original antique store: the one that’s there every week, all seven days. And if you’re like me, when you get here, you’re giddy with Pinterest inspiration when you remember regular antique stores exist. The prices are right, there are less«repurposed» items, and more kitchen wares, more average furniture for the fixing up, and more eclectic hodgepodge. And you kick yourself for forgetting — the prices are more affordable than the first weekend shops! Luckily I came in here a little before they closed(5 o’clock on Sunday), or I might have bought another armload of stuff. The employees were friendly — I really appreciated that they weren’t running us out of the store — I tried to hurry, but I don’t think they would have bothered me if I had kept browsing. I found an old violin case, a houseplant stand, a metal pitcher, and a couple small tins. This is a pretty big store, with plenty of room to browse. They have a whole area devoted to furniture, most of it affordable. I’m still excited about all the goodies I found this afternoon. I’m looking forward to going back when I have more time.

I went once last summer and found a few gems, this summer I went back and it is 90% garage sale(new items, random handmade stuff, junk) and 10% actual antiques/vintage. They have also opened a new, large space for furniture(again, definitely not all ‘antique’ but lots of selection) that would be handy if you’re looking for something but don’t want to mess with Craigslist.

I love browsing at this place. It is worth it to keep coming back every week because so many of the vendors replace items and new vendors are coming in and out all the time. I usually buy candles, the soy candles at the booth north of the register are pretty good.(no I’m not a vendor)

The Antique Mall is in the old Hy Vee building so there is lots of space for many consignment stalls and for furniture displays. Besides antiques, there are many collectibles. Either allow a lot of browsing time, or several visits to make it all the way through the Mall.

Two visits here and left both times with purchases. The last visit I found 2 items I had been searching for in vintage form that makes them even better! Lots of booths here, each featuring an individual quality, style and price point. With that kind of variety, it appeals to people, but only if you like looking at typical booth style flea markets. Big furniture area.
