Arbor Masters

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but sometimes horrible customer service just needs to be pointed out. I need to be clear that this review is not about their tree services, if they exist, but rather their inability to follow through! I contacted Arbor Masters about two dead trees in my back lawn. A very nice lady assured me of a date for which a specific man was suppose to come out for an evaluation. I felt good about my experience so I decided to wait, even though one of my trees is splitting quite badly! The date came and went, no letter, no call, no nothing! So I gave them a few extra days, I mean perhaps they were swamped with all of the non-​storms happening or something. Nothing still. Next approach was using their online tool. Again I was told my request had been forwarded and I would have someone out so inspect my problem trees… nothing again! Are you kidding me? I now do not have time to wait on these peeps to decided when they want to follow through, so if anyone has a company that actually shows and does their jobs, I’d love their contact info!!! Arbor Masters, welcome to my never again list!
