Yikes. Went in just to return a case. I have previously worked for AT&T and that job sucks honestly. Everyone wants to walk in 30 minutes before you close but they have someone who opens and greets the door and signs you in. Josh was the one who signed us in. He then stood there. We asked him if he could help us since it was such a small transaction. He refused and went and stood next to another coworker and acted like he was helping another situation. So annoying. The greeters are suppose to take care of small transactions like this. The fact that he wouldn’t help us and didn’t make himself useful to anyone else was irritating. Don’t go here if you are in a rush. It ain’t gonna happen!

The posted hours on Unilocal aren’t the same as the posted hours on their store. Totally messed up my nights plans. Don’t trust their store hours on Unilocal because it’s incorrect.

I had great customer service today. Laran helped me, was helpful, was not pushy at all about buying extra stuff, etc. Helped me get new phone setup, etc.

Make sure that you bring some time with you to this one. Sales reps are fairly slow and talk forever even if the place is crowded(they have a wait list where you can sign in). I took my nine-month pregnant wife there and it took them a solid 30 minutes(yes, waiting) to offer her a chair. I’ve been to the store multiple times(involuntarily) and the wait times have been pretty consistent. On the bright side of things, once you’re actually helped, staff is pretty nice and helpful. Overall, the wait time REALLY kills this place. PLEASE improve!
