These guys know Snapper Mowers and they don’t waste time messing around when you need parts fast. I so glad they are open for business and so will you when you need a new mower or parts to keep your old mower running.

Here’s the same post I put up on citysearch (for consistency’s sake):
I took my mower in for a tune-​up, and after three weeks was called and they wanted to charge me more than twice the agreed-​upon price. I had specifically told them to advise me of any increases (for parts and additional labor) and they just chose not to.
In my attempts to work something out (I was willing to meet them in the middle on price) I was hung up on twice, threatened, stonewalled, and then sent a letter saying they were going to sell my mower if I didn’t pay the full amount, plus additional storage charges.
One of their defenses was that they’ve been in business for years and years… I’m kind of surprised they’ve managed to do that with the way I was treated — maybe I was the exception to the rule.
Regardless, I will never go back there, and encourage anyone who has an option to go to another hardware store. In my opinion they don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they go about it.

Hands down the best place for any lawn mower maintenance you need. Also a great place for a new mower. The whole staff is wonderful, especially Cindy at the front counter. If customer service is what you are looking for, this is the place to go.
