Called yesterday for asking if they had something in stock. The person who answered the phone seemed as if she didn’t have time to check and was bothered by the call. When you go into the store, the help is much improved. While we’ve counted on this store to be helpful in the past, I wouldn’t call to ask them to check inventory. Maybe they should work on phone etiquette.

Went in earlier this week for some minor plumbing repair supplies. Had no real idea what I was doing and the staff was VERY helpful in getting me what I needed and explaining how to perform the repair.
However, the landlord came by that afternoon before we could accomplish the repair and did it with his own tools. So, I took everything back. It wasn’t used and I had a receipt (which is necessary, per their posted return rules). The return went very smoothly and they didn’t fuss about it one bit.
I’d gladly recommend this place for your hardware needs as they seem better than the big box hardware stores around here.
