I took my boots in before Christmas to have new soles put on them. As of today I still do not have them back yet. When I went to pick them up three weeks ago one of the boots had what felt like a rock between the insole and sole. I brought this up and the owner asked me to leave them and he would fix it. I have been back three separate times since then and the same painful «knot» is in the sole of my boot. I was told again to come back tomorrow with my other boot, which I don’t understand. I paid $ 80+ to have my boots repaired yet here I am over one month later without my boots. I do not recommend this place.

–0– stars HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service !! Seems they can not remember paying customers!!! When going in to pick up my mother’s shoes they called me a LIAR and said I NEVER paid for them in the 1^st place cause SHE didn’t mark them paid! AND this is my error??? Hello! why would I lie !! She being the rude lady that is there! NEVER again this company is money hungry and will dble charge you! STAY AWAY !!!

Awful! I left my purse here and was told it’d be ready in 5 days I called and it wasnt ready, hardware was missing from a strap that I needed to bring in. After bringing in the strap I was told to come in 5 days later and it still wasn’t ready and than i was told to come back the next day… came back the next day and only one of the two straps that were supposed to be fixed was done, he had somehow completely forgot about the second strap so in 15 days one strap had been repaired… I wish I had just taken home my poor purse st this point. I’m going back 20 days after initially dropping off my purse with hopes that it is fixed… FOR FREE!
