Bought a brand new set of tires in July. The first week of ownership, I took a trip to Des Moines and on the way back, my tires were causing vibration.
I took my truck to the NTB right next to my work (Lenexa branch) and they told me that one tire had the weight 180 degrees off from where it should have been, and on another tire, the weight was loose.
After the re-​balance my tires have been OK. But this should not have happened, so I am not too happy about it.
The price of the tires was the best deal I could find however. They had a But Two Get Two Free Sale. It is worth waiting for. Generally NTB has better prices than the competition except if you have a Sam’s or Costco membership.

Driving through Shawnee on way from MI when car broke down. Worried about being taken advantage of as 2 out-​of-​state women. Randy was fantastic!!! Got us right in @ end of Friday & no chg to run out codes. Sent us promptly to BMW dealer down the street for further repairs. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! Thank you!
