Love this place! Little Asian joint that offers Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine. From sushi and teriyaki to phở, spring rolls, bubble tea and coconut drinks. We ordered the spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls, combination teriyaki and shawnee phở #8 And bubble tea for drinks. All was fresh and delicious. Service is top notch!

I am not a Phở expert but have had it in several places in the United Stated and I find the phở at this place really, really good. I haven’t tried the more exotic offerings and get the seafood without fake lobster each time but it is always perfect. They give you extra cilantro, sprouts and jalapeño to dress our bowl of noodles and broth which I really love. The staff are genuinely nice and our service was good. My granddaughter had a coconut juice in a peeled real coconut, it didn’t taste good to me but she loved the experience. The prices! they are so reasonable, my husband and I can eat for less than $ 15 if we do not order drinks. The large noodle bowl is huge, I always get the regular bowl or I cannot eat it all.

This was our first time here, and we were floored! Everything from the chicken phở to the sushi was delicious. My only complaint was that no one seemed to be fluent in English, which was a small hindrance while ordering, but will absolutely not keep me from coming back!!!

It is sooo fantastic Shawnee has a phở place! And it’s in the old Rainbow diner so a great location :) I must start off by saying we have been here twice, and the phở is great. The broth is fragrant and lovely, and the owners are very nice. One of my family members is thinking of taking a lunch group here, as many of the ladies in her group have never tried phở. Our most recent visit, our waitress complained that her managers could not speak English or understand her, while we were trying to place our order. We found the opposite was true and the owners speak great English, and when they stopped by to ask about our food were super friendly… then the waitress came back to our table acting paranoid to find out what was said. it felt very odd and a little rude, and she acted like we were not allowed to talk to them about our food and service when we were directly asked. The manager even returned to our table, and apologized for her profusely and said she was new. We were never upset, it was just odd. Again, they are lovely people and I hope they find staff that is a great fit for their food :) so bottom line… the food is great and a great addition to Shawnee… waitstaff service is hit and miss, but whatever, their stuff is still yummy.

We have eaten here several times, and had great phở every time. The veggie phở, and veggie sushi are awesome. The phở broth is fragrant and full bodied. It is clear that they take the time to actually make a proper base for their soups.
