After reading the reviews on this page I was very apprehensive about eating here, but we needed some points for a camera an this was one of the places we could get them, so we went an it was clean, friendly, excellent service, excellent tasting food. My husband an I are very picky when it comes to eating out but this was a welcome surprise to us. Good job you guys !

Went for wing Tuesday, ordered a dozen wings and was asked blue cheese or ranch. Got my order which had 11 wings total, ate got bill and saw i was charged .65 cents for the ranch because the wings were on special. oh and 6.50 for a 20oz glass of miller high life. Not my first time here but definitely my last. With the new menu came smaller portions and way higher prices!

This was my first visit to this BWW location. Last BWW visit was in Oshkosh and it was terrible so I was reluctant to get burned again. I went on a Saturday afternoon(11÷14÷15) during college football season. I was pleasantly surprised by the venue. It was bright and clean; a little noisy, but that’s standard for a sports bar. It had lots of HD TVs and tables. I was also a little surprised at the diversity of the guests. There were seniors, young families, couples and«guys» watching a game. It looked like a family restaurant to me. I was seated quickly but, after 10 minutes, had not been approached by the wait staff. Our eventual server, Karyna, stopped by the table and apologized for our server not showing up and said she would take our order. She got our drinks quickly and took our food order. The food came out in about 10 minutes. KARYNASAVEDTHEDAY! I did notice that the manager and the«guest experience captan» rarely left the hostess station. If they were interacting with the guests, they would have noticed that some customers were not being served. It is not necessary to have four people greeting customers at the door. On to the food. We had the Sampler Platter. It was decent. My only complaint was with the boneless wings. The breading was so thick that it felt like cracking a walnut to get to the meat in the middle. Cheese sticks and onion rings were great. Next time I will try the regular wings. The beer and mango lemonade(free refills) we had were fine. SUMMARY: Give Karyna a raise. Give the manager and«captain» something to do. Give the breading a break.

If I could give them a worse review I would. I have a snack size order of boneless wing. The breaking on the wings was so hard it cracked my tooth. Their fix was to give me two vouchers for free snack size wings… Why the heck would I come back and eat the same thing that broke my tooth? Sub-par service just like every other sheboygan chain restaurant. Their host should learn to host instead of sitting around gabbing the whole time.

Don’t waste your time here. Go to legend Larry’s! larry’s is 10x better! When my friend and I walked in we were ignored by the hosted who rudely greeted his friends that were behind my friend and I. He then continues to talk to his friends when I finally interrupted him to have him seat my friend and I. Then it gets worse, our waitress is very slow. We wait 35mins for our drinks and 1 hour and 20 mins to get our food. Mind you she had us, and another table of 4, that’s it! It wasn’t busy by any means. If you want a refill it will not happen. BDUBs in Sheboygan needs to get their shit together.

Got seated right away and waited over 30 minutes for just two WATERS. After our water had finally arrived, we got our appetizers about 10 mins later(French fries that were ice cold) and then to top it all off they got our main meal wrong. I felt bad for our server because the other girls that worked there were being rude to her and I could tell she was stressed out but it was pretty horrible. Can say I will stick to the Buffalo Wild Wings in a different city.

Their chicken wrap is pretty good, I like their fries as well. Never really cared for their wings, our server was very good, and the speed of the meal was fine. Our two major gripes, were we had no silverware and asked a random employee for 3 sets, this apparently was a big deal to her, very big! Also pints of Heinekens are $ 6, that is borderline robbery, the prices may of been listed somewhere but I did not see them.

If I could give no stars I probably would. Now our server was OK but kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for; ordered, game pads… But we tried to play the crane game and sent our 3 kids each with a dollar. So $ 3 total… To find out it only takes quarters, so of course my son went to get change for the $ 3. To come back with only $ 2. So politely he went and told the woman working the register he only received $ 2 of the $ 3. The woman working the takeout register proceed to tell him NO he had only given her $ 2. Now come on, would a 10 year old lie… Pretty upset with the people working here. We’ve been here numerous times. And service was pretty subpar, but today our service was better than normal… Food was hot and prepared properly and brought promptly to our table. Everyone we have been here the place was packed so slower service is expected. But today, on Valentine’s Day at 1:00pm the place half full… seems like they still need to work through some issues!

Went with Mom to try this place out, we’ve been to a BWW once before. At least this one has better lighting, but BWW will still be just as loud as Texas Roadhouse. I made sure not to come here until they had been open for business for a while, so their staff could work all the kinks out. I guess that’s just not going to happen. We were served by Amy. She pointed out some limited time offers on the menu, and I figured she was suggestive selling what she was told to. I wound up ordering one of them, and she cheered and celebrated, explaining that there was a contest among employees to see who could sell the most -«I’m really good at selling», she said. That’s kinda like saying, «I’m really good at manipulating you». I almost changed my mind. We waited about as long as we expected, but honestly there were only 2 other tables seated when we got there, a couple more after us, and what looked like twice as many servers as needed. It probably should’ve been quicker to throw 2 salads together.(I have waitressed and am currently a restaurant manager, I always give staff the benefit of the doubt and am plenty patient.) I didn’t notice right away, but the dressing was missing from my salad. It took maybe 3 minutes to flag down a server, and she asked who our server was.(She could’ve just grabbed me some dressing imo, but we weren’t her table.) We found Amy and she rushed off to get dressing. She must’ve been gone another 3 or 4 minutes, I don’t know what took so long. On the way back with it she stopped to quickly talk to someone, I just wanna eat my food. SO, the food was good, salad with prime rib for $ 10+, couldn’t have been more than a couple ounces of meat on there. I’m a carnivore, I thought it would be loaded. But it looked good and with the DRESSING it was great. Amy was very nice, in a fake, trying too hard kind of way. She touched my arm– don’t touch me! She didn’t know everything on the menu, and this happened to a much greater extent when one of my coworkers placed a call in order a while back. I thought they’d have it down by now, but maybe they’re having a high turnover with staffing. The service seemed a little condescending, a little hectic, a little too carefree. I would definitely come back for the food, but the staff doesn’t seem to genuinely care about guests, that would be my first impression. I guess I got all worked up after reading Jessica’s review. :) If I go back I will let you know if things are different on my next adventure.

I work nearby and have been here twice since it opened over lunch. The first time we were seated immediately(Great!), and quickly ordered our food, it took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive at our table, which was surprisingly slow since we ordered the lunch specials. It was packed so we gave them a pass. I returned with three other colleagues today to grab a late lunch. We arrived around 12:30, got seated immediately(GREAT!) and was greeted by our seemingly charming and chatty waitress who had an Irish Claddagh tattooed on the back of her neck. The place cleared out by 12:45. We were seated 5 – 10 minutes prior to the tables next to us and ordered our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. The tables next to us were served food within 20 minutes of sitting down — mind you the table next to us ordered chips and salsa rather than fries and the waitress forgot them and returned to give them comp’d chips. About 30 minutes later we flagged our waitress down to ask when our food will be ready; she laughed us off and complained about working 6 days per week and doubles 3 days a week — great customer service. 10 minutes later we were a little more assertive — we told her we were planning to leave unless she could bring our food out. She rushed to the kitchen and ran straight out of the kitchen to the ordering system & spent 5 minutes typing in our order. In the meantime I scouted out the manager(CHRIS?) and waited for him to get done chatting up the bartenders to explain that we had been waiting 40 minutes for food and had not been served. He went in back to find out what was going on; but at that point we were extremely hungry and bounced. I got out to lunch in this area 1 – 2 times per week and would have loved to stop here at least once per month. I am going to tell all of my colleagues at the large company I work at nearby to only go here if they don’t wish to eat anytime soon. Chris the manager seemed just alright — he didn’t apologize for the delay which was unprofessional but I may have interrupted a billing dispute at a table nearby. Chris shouldn’t be fired; however our Claddagh tatt’d waitress should be fired immediately. She waited 40 minutes to submit our order and only seemed to have 3 tables. THREETABLES — ANDYOUCAN’T PLACEANORDER? REALLY???
