I used Jason Manegold Photography Group for my wedding photos in September 2008. We were pleased with our photos, but would not recommend using him to order your wedding album.
In January 2009, we sent Jason a $ 800 deposit (50%) for our wedding album and emailed him the selection of photos we wanted to include. On September 23 (over one year since our wedding), he finally sent me a proof of our wedding album.
I was highly disappointed in the proof that I waited over 7 months for. We were originally told that 70 photos would be included in our album. The proof that we received included only 54 photos, some of which we did not even want! I then informed Jason that we were not satisfied with our album.
On September 30, I emailed Jason and informed him that we no longer wished to get our album from him and requested that our deposit be refunded within 10 business days. As of today (October 26), I have not received the refunded deposit and ended up contacting the Better Business Bureau.
