Um. I’ve lost count how many different Pizza Ranch locations we’ve eaten at. It’s kind of sad. But my family loves it. This was no different. We asked for the garlic pizza when we first came in & paid. They brought it out to us — and by the time the 6 of us decided how many slices we wanted — we had the whole pie. Good stuff.

Don’t let the outside fool you, lots of good small pizzas, loved the alfredo, broccoli, chicken is crispy, great coke multi machine, small tables, desserts aren’t bad, now décor is outdated, b/r clean, if I stayed a week, I’d return, good faith based people, I’m 400 miles from home, good luck

The wait staff were very sloppy. They have no food allergy policy. They have a dirty book that has a list of food allergens. They were so un organized in the restaurant regarding food allergies that I didn’t trust them at all. I am severely allergic to peanuts. This restaurant had peanuts in things you wouldn’t even expect as well as peanut oil. When are places like this going to finally realize that this is a major problem in the United States and around the world and simply not use peanuts or peanut oil. It’s a liability to me and also a Big liability to them.

I tried to order online but their website won’t allow for a cash option you have to use a credit card which I think is lame. So I called in my order for delivery and two of the items I ordered they apparently discontinued from their menu but failed to update their website. Everything is in the internet now that’s the one thing you should keep updated. And when the driver finally showed up at my door he shorted me two dollars from my change but I tipped him anyway. I never was impressed with their food, I definitely won’t be ordering again. Lame lame lame.

In all reality I think their chicken and mashed potatoes are better than their pizza, and with the biscuits and little onion strips it’s a terrific meal. I really liked the chicken broccoli alfredo pizza when I had it, and you can request any flavor but I never do. If it was on the buffet I’d be all over it. I just look for the taco pizza– that’s probably the most popular, you should get some. Just make sure to roll holy.

My husband and I ate here tonight(8⁄17) thinking we would give this place a chance. First off we walked into the building and it smelled of old frying oil. When we got our food it had no flavor at all. I tried a little bit of everything to see if it was just what I started with, needless to say it all had no flavor. The only thing that was remotely good was the lettuce salad. Then a member of the staff was filling napkin trays and when he would come to a table with people sitting at it he would ask them to fill it. Also as we are leaving there was a bus tub full of dirty dishes sitting behind the registers. I worked in a restaurant for 7 years and we would get screamed at like no tomorrow if we did that! As far as mine and my husband’s list of restaurants is concerned this pizza ranch is no longer on it.

I placed an order for 2 gluten free pizzas at 1:54 per the time stamp on the receipt. I was told it was going to be 40 minutes for delivery. I paid with my visa over the phone. The order should have arrived no later than 2:40pm that’s giving Pizza Ranch extra time. I called at 2:50 asking where my order was I was told we are so sorry we will get it out to you as soon as possible and it will be free. I said that I had already submitted my card for payment and was told that when delivered I would receive a voided copy as well. However I got no explanation to WHY it was now over an hour. The pizzas were finally delivered at 3:25pm and they were ice cold it was obvious that they had been sitting for the whole time. They tasted disgusting. I did not get a voided copy as promised either. As there as very few gluten free choices I’m very disappointed that we now have crossed Pizza Ranch off that list as well.

My family and I like to visit here while we’re visiting sheboygan. The buffet is 8 – 10 dollars so it’s good if you have a big appetite and eat a lot of pizza but too expensive if you’re someone like me who eats one plate and sticks mostly with the salad bar. My husband really enjoys the pizza and they have other options like chicken, mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and green beans. It can be very busy and loud but overall everyone in my family enjoys it… the kids like that dessert is included and there is coloring for them if they finish before the adults.

Decided to try this pizza via delivery and although the toppings were pretty good, their pre made crusts are disgusting. Flavorless cardboard. The only good thing was that the delivery girl was very nice and, the weather was pretty bad.

Terrible service. A busser spilt food down my friends back and we found a plastic tab in our breadsticks. We informed the manager and she really didn’t seemed concerned at all. I’ve been in hospitality for 10 years and when someone has that bad of an experience you need to make it right. Not stare at them and say ok sorry(not even sincere or ask what can they do for you) and walk away and come back with a $ 5 coupon and not say anything. I will never ever be back.

Staffs were pleasant. Food was great especially for kids. Pizza selections was good, with a nice salad bar and delicious, fingerpicking fried chicken. Atmosphere was great. Christian music played on the background. Definitely would be recommend and would return.

Not bad for the price. Blt and taco pizzas were really good. Chicken was juicy and skin was nice and crispy.
