Starbucks

This isn’t my favorite Starbucks location.
The interior is really nice. It’s well organized, and there’s really nice areas to sip coffee and chat. The merchandise is well displayed, and it’s always been spotless when I’ve gone here.
The trouble here is the service. They’re always really, really slow, even when they’re not that busy. More than once, we have gotten wrong orders entirely. Now we know to double check before we leave the parking lot.
Which leads me to that horrible, horrible, parking lot. It’s way, way too small for the volume of customers it gets. The drive-​thru often wraps around the entire building, making traffic a nightmare. Technically, there IS a lane where cars (in theory) should be able to bypass the drive-​thru lane to escape the parking lot and get back to the street. However, even in our little car, we can almost never fit in this space, so we are forced to awkwardly move along with the drive-​thru cars even though we already have our orders.

The service is always fast and friendly. Downside is the parking lot/​drive through like many Starbucks its a very tight squeeze and sometimes impossible to navigate due to traffic. They resolved an issue with another customer parking in the handicap spot who was not disabled promptly and professionally.

Store and bar are laid out fantastically. Great customer service. Desks for computer use are a bit small and uncomfortable. Good area for chatting in the couch section, but is quite small. Need walls that are more interactive.

I love Starbucks :)
They can make a skinny white chocolate mocha out of this world. Not much else to say I had a good experience here friendly, fast service. yummy yummy I don’t think I have ever had a drink I DIDN’T like at Starbucks. The prices are a little higher than most coffee places around these parts but to me, it’s worth it. Especially when it snows!
