I have been going to Paul’s Salon for years twice a year for haircuts. They recently moved to a new location that is still on Ave U but between 22nd and 23rd St. The new salon is twice as big as their former location. At certain times, there could be a wait of at least half an hour, but I don’t mind. They do a decent job with my hair, and for $ 23 including tip, it is a bargain. The people there are pretty friendly and accommodating. Be sure to leave in wiggle time for your haircut as it could take long, but it is my go to place for haircuts.
