After breakfast in downtown burlington with my mom. I ask if she wants to go on a hike, she uses my phone and finds this place. We have no issues finding the parking at the community garden which is beautiful with flowers, veggies and fruits! The path is quiet and pretty much we were the only humans other than two girls we ran into. The sound of running water from the river accompanies you for most of your walk! There are a lot of side paths leading to the water, it was quite a easy, peaceful and calm hike. There is a nice spot at the end of the hike to look out at the fall or go down and explore. The rocks are pretty flat and easy to walk on. They weren’t slippery, but might be if it happened to rain.
