Exceptional experience, first class service. My Mini is from out of state but I wanted some new snow tires on. These guys found some excellent tires locally and got them installed in a timely manner with no fuss and no issues. Definitely will return in the future.

My mini (s) all came from there. They are always so good to me. Plus, Pat will wear whatever color shirt color you request for your appt. He brings in 8 different ones just in case.

I would like to thank Pat Hathaway for taking care of my Mini Countryman. I was in town on vacation and had a brake warning light come on. Not knowing where to turn, I called Mini of Burlington at 3pm and Pat had me come in right away to look at it. He gave me a loaner and took care of my Mini right away. In addition noticed that I had an oil leak and gave me the info to take care of it when I got back home. Wished I lived closer to work with him again.
