Dunkin’ Donuts

Hit or miss! Mostly a miss! Coffee is rarely made correct. Food is ok at times and other times burnt. But the best part… None of their phone numbers are in service. Lol

Horrible customer service. Took me 15mins for one damn coffee. The are very rude. They talk loud and don’t even say have a great day

I love their pumpkin flavored latte! I came here with a coworker to get an after lunch pick me up and was surprised to see this DD tucked away in back corner of a very run down «shopping center». Their donuts were fresh. They also had a good variety of donuts and bakery goods too. However where I take away stars are for their service and cleanliness of the place. The service was ok at best. I found the cashier to be curt and quite rude. Also the place could use a wipe down. The counters were sticky and the sugar/​napkin station was full of spilled sugar and coffee spills. I was surprised the food and coffee was as fresh and tasty because of the lack of care they show in the upkeep of the place. Honestly I would just got to the DD in the Stop and Shop up the street just because they have the same quality stuff but it’s much cleaner

They burn the coffee every single time without fail. It’s disgusting! It upset me cause it was 2 minutes away from my job, but the coffee was so terrible I actually went out of my way to go to another Dunkin Donuts before going to work.
