Rude. I recently moved to the area and have a golden retriever that needs monthly grooming. When I called Top Dogs they told me they do not accept anybody new and hung up on me. The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We took our very timid Rottweiler here for a bath and flea shampoo, and the girls here were absolutely wonderful. You can tell that they actually LIKE animals, which (for some odd reason) doesn’t always seem to be the case at these shops. Our dog comes from an abusive background (he was rescued from a puppy mill at the age of 2 by the Houston, SPCA), and he is far too scared for us to put him in the bathtub or wash him with the garden hose. These ladies were able to give him a bath and flea treatment, although he was too scared to be completely dried off. They were very nice and sympathetic. I highly recommend this groomer!
