We hired Eco back in August to reside a home we just purchased. As human beings, they are extremely likable and we felt confident moving forward with them as our siders because they were genuine. However, If we were to go back in time, we probably would have used a different company due to some constant issues we had with them.
We initially ordered a new product that had some installation problems. Some of the problems were due to poor workmanship because the crew was not familiar with this product, but most of the problems were due to a defect with the product. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to, instead, install a product they usually work with since they were extremely confident in the job they could do with it. Unfortunately we experienced more workmanship problems. Siding was nailed in too tightly creating warping and at one point, multiple pieces of our siding began to fall off of the house.
It is important to note that we have given them two stars because 1) the Unilocal description is more accurate for this rating, and 2) they always come back to fix their mistakes, although there have been several miscues when it comes to communication. Quite frankly, We would rather have a team of unpleasant people come out and do the job right the first time, than have to keep calling Eco back to our house. We are often anxious about the next phone call that we will need to make to them.

After a long, hard search for a siding contractor to take care of our extensive hail damage, we chose Eco to replace the cedar siding on the front of the house, and to also provide painting and a few other small repairs. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. Our job was difficult in that it’s hard to find someone to replace cedar siding, and Eco does. They worked hard to find the product, and did an exceptional job installing the siding. They were a good company to work with. They made sure if we weren’t happy with something, they took care of it and didn’t argue with us. This is important when looking for a contractor-​that they don’t stop until the customer is completely satisfied with the work. We ran into some issues with their painting subs, which is no fault of Ecos, but Eco brought their own employees over to take care of the problem even though it cost them to correct the problems.
I would highly recommend you call Eco for your siding needs. You won’t be disappointed.
