The associates here offer absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in Retail! My mom was visiting from Indiana to shop for my wedding in April. They were attentive and offered great options for her! We found some really great stuff that fit her so well!
On top of that, they went above & beyond. They ordered something they didn’t have in my mom’s size. My mom was still traveling for another month, so they offered to have it shipped to them, then hold onto it and I could call them when she returned to Indiana. I called and they knew exactly what I was talking about (this is 3 weeks after we bought it!), and sent it out same day. Just really helpful, cheerful, professional staff. Thanks so much!

I had never shopped at Ann Taylor before, but I went in to check out the President’s Day sales at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square Mall. The two sales associates, I think Kim and Kyle, were the best I have ever shopped with. They were super sweet and helpful, but not at all pushy. Kim and I chatted for a bit as I was checking out and I was tempted to exchange social media info just to keep in touch with her. Five star service but without the prices you normally have to pay to get it! I really hope I got their names right so that their bosses can take note… your clothing is great, but it is your staff that turned me into an Ann Taylor girl for life.

Wow, the ladies working at Ann Taylor Sherman Oaks are so nice and helpful. I came in yesterday and they were able to put together several outfits for me! The entire store was 50% off, which was a definite plus. I’ll definitely be returning.
