Wow, I hate shopping and Kim made the shopping experience so great! Within minutes after I walked in she had selected half a dozen items for me to try on. I literally was in and out in 20 minutes! Not only is their customer service great, their products are comfy too. Try this brand as an option to Victoria’s Secret. Ask for Kim.

Extremely disappointed with somas service I ordered in store was told that my order was confirmed that I would be receiving my shipment within 8 – 14 days I waited the complete 14 day when my shipment didn’t arrive I called customer service just to be told that they couldn’t complete my order that it was cancelled by the second day but I never received a phone call or even an email horrible service couldn’t be more disappointed

I really like this store! For people who are over the long lines, and annoying customer service at other bra shops… Soma has only a few different styles and a ton of color options, the specialists there are awesomely helpful, nice and they are always checkin up on you (in a non-​annoying way). They make bra shopping easy. I would totally recommend this place! Skip Victoria’s Secret ladies!
I gave them only 4 stars because they don’t have any sport bras, which is what I came in looking for… I did leave with two other bras, but thats besides the point. ;)

so the store itself smells a little musty and is on the cramped side. it’s not victoria’s secret with pulsating music and enticing displays. that said, their minimizer bra fits better than any victoria’s secret bra has ever fit. so what if the store is on the dumpy middle aged side of things? truth be told, i’m on that side of things too, and it’s good to have support!

I was really satisfied with the customer service at this store, the soma lady was very personable, listened to my needs, and went above and beyond to get me what I asked for. I ran in to get a strapless bra in a 32d– not a size they usually stock in strapless and she was able to pull out multiple options for me.
Soma bras are a bit pricey but they fit well and last well. They also make your boobs look their best– shapely and perky! ;) I highly recommend this store if looking for quality service and products.

When I saw Soma’s flier for their bra donation August 7^th-​September 10^th
at another retail store in the mall, I was very interested in helping.
«Bras are the most needed, yet least donated item of clothing for women. Please help Soma and the National Network to End Domestic Violence support women in need. Simply bring new or gently worn bras to any Soma boutique across the country to benefit domestic violence shelters in your community.»
Although I didn’t have much time to collect, the ladies at my office really came through and my bra drive collected 47 bras toward helping Soma reach their goal of #OneMillionBras
When my boyfriend and I went to deliver these to our local boutique store it was my first time here. I was quite surprised at just how gorgeous the store was. I’ve never personally shopped here only passed by and I thought it was a store for plus size women. I’m not sure what about their marketing made me think that, perhaps the sizes advertised. I guess the large size is what caught my eye.
Bottom line, this store has sizes 32A-​44G and I’ll proudly support any business that strives to do amazing things for women in our community. Although, it was late and they were closing soon I didn’t stay to browse or make a purchase but I will surely return to do so in the future. Everything appeared to be of high quality and the sales associates were friendly and welcoming.
I’d definitely recommend stopping in here to browse the next time you are in the market for new comfortable cozy bras, panties, or sleepwear.

I adore these soft and comfortable bras! The staff is always super helpful and will do what it takes to get the fit just right. The nightshirts are also super soft and I’ve even worn their loungewear out to dinner. If you join their frequent buyer club, you’ll get great deals. After the Glendale store closed, I was distraught and having to only but these mail order– but now this one is here and I’m a fan! They are linked to Chico’s and the frequent buyer program applies to them as well.
