love this store. Acutally the first store I go to when I’m at Sherman Mall. sometimes they run out of my size =(I wish they ordered more. What they have out is all they have. Service is always good. I think they know me by now… prices are good.

Love, love, love this store! I wanted a long skirt but didn’t want to pay the prices I saw at Anthropologie or Gap. I found exactly the same skirt at Clik B for ½ the price. I found the perfect shirt there — same as the one I saw at Nordstrom’s for $ 54 for $ 18!
Contrary to some other reviewers experience, I found the staff to be very helpful. This is going to be my first stop always!

This store barely functions legally, they treat their employees like dogs. I have witnessed the managers yelling at their staff multiple times.
Service is useless, managers are extremely rude. All phone calls made to the store are directed to the store manager who barely speaks 2 words of english, making it impossible for them to provide reliable service, which is strange because the entire staff could easily speak to customers on the phone in english.
Most of the things you can find at this store can be purchased upstairs at Fashion Q for a fraction of the price.

Service was useless. They barely ask people if they need help and when it’s time to check out, they can’t even manage to direct the customers in a line. They could tell there were a few customers cutting or purposely forming another line, yet they didn’t say a word and just rang up whoever ran to the cashier. I felt a little bad for them as a few people walked out, but I probably would have done the same. Glad I didn’t like anything there.
By the way, this is in the Sherman Oaks mall and there are plenty of other stores with similar styles nearby.

Bought a dress at a discount. But as soon as I get home, I found out that the dress has a damage. When I tried to return it, the lady (I think she is the owner) refused initially to take the dress back even for an exchange because she said that their store has policy that all items purchase at discounted price are final sale. I even pointed out to the lady that the cashier did not informed me about this policy when I bought the item. Told her that it is the responsibility of their employee to inform all their customer of their store policy. Instead of apologizing the lady was so rude. I will never shop to this store ever again.
