Clarks Shoes

If you need a wide shoe better off buying online. The sales people are 4 stars but the inventory they have is really limited. I was ready to buy, buy, buy!

I love their shoes so comfortable, they always have some promotion or sales going on. Returns are fast and easy, with no hassle. The associates are also friendly, & very helpful.

Pretty awesome store! I visited this Clarks location for the first time a few days ago. It was actually my first time stepping foot in a Clarks store so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I’ve been browsing their shoes online to potentially buy some for my boyfriend, so I wanted to check them out IRL.
Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by both of their sales associates working the floor. One of them came over to me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I believe his name was Adrian? Or something like that. I explained to him that I was looking for shoes for my bf and he immediately started recommending different types of shoes to me. He was so friendly and helpful and I really appreciated it!
When Adrian went to go help some other customers that had walked in, the other sales associate came over to me and recommended more shoes to me. I guess she had overheard my previous conversation. She was really nice as well :)
They had a decent sale selection at the time that I visited. They had a couple of mens’ shoes, with a lot of them being 50% off. It was insane! Further into the store they had even MORE womens’ shoes on sale. I kinda wished they had a bigger selection of mens’ sales shoes to choose from.
I was also looking at their Desert shoe collection, which I think is probably the most popular style of Clarks. They actually didn’t have the color I was looking for, so that’s the only reason why I’m docking off 1 star.
I didn’t end up buying any shoes at the moment (still waiting for payday, haha) but I’m really considering coming back because they were so helpful!

Great friendly staff and they are quick. They have the old school Clark shoes and they are awesome! Buy a pair and get second ½ off.

I hate to do this, since my boyfriend and i buy clarks all the time, but we had such a terrible experience at this sherman oaks store we thought we had to warn others. We came in five minutes before the store was supposed to close, and the manager of the store closed the doors right behind us — closing early! It took me probably five minutes to browse (so now it’s actually closing time), and i asked one of the workers if i could try on two shoes. He happily obliged, and started walking back to the stock room to get the shoes, and the female manager stops him by saying we in a very rude way «umm it’s already six o’clock, and we have sooo much work to do already…». I was totally shocked — a) don’t let us in to the store if you’re not going to help us, b) first rule of sales is you ALWAYS respect your customer, and c) your life can’t possibly be so difficult and busy that you NEED to stop all sales immediately at closing, even with customers who are going to buy something standing right there. I’ll probably never go back to that store just because of that woman. Yikes!

Bought my last two pairs of shoes from Clarks. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. If you go to this store ask for Joey, he’s super helpful.

Located on the 2^nd floor of the Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks, you will find a great shoe store called Clarks Shoes.
I was introduced to this brand by a friend and I thank her till this day!
Clarks Shoes are fashionable and VERY comfortable and durable.
You get what you pay for. I’ve worn these shoes for years and I hope they continue the great tradition.
The staff at this location is helpful.
