Only reason I’m giving three stars is because I like burgers from here but customer service is terrible. I was eating here and found a hair in my burger, not a small piece of hair, a nice dark long piece of hair that I was about to bite into. I called over an employee and didn’t want to make a scene because I frequent this location so all I said was a burger replacement, which I came to use today. First they tried giving me a single patty for my XXXL replacement, then after convincing them to give my same order, they started charging me extra for my bacon, cheese, mushrooms and guacamole that I always order. Their excuse, «how do I know you ordered that before?» Extremely rude calling a customer a liar, especially a customer who didn’t make a scene before but now I guess I have to take it to Unilocal

this place is great, went here with my pal Darrell after having a horrible experience at another bar nearby. man t his place hits the spot! the burgers are dank and the prices are off the chain. Cant wait to come back here, may take my girl there for her birthday next week.

I always order ahead as the food is fresh to order. Delicious every time consistently. Good staff, even late night. No complaints

I don’t know if it was the intoxication of the alcohol at night or the burgers(I’ll go with the latter), but this tasted quite good. I didn’t find out until after I received my food, but there is a menu of additional toppings you can add to your burger. What I loved so much about the food was not feeling so disgusting the next morning and that speaks to the quality of the meat. Also tried the fat fries which were good, a little too fat for me as I enjoy the crunchiness. The service was alright, nothing bad or exceptional about it. There is parking right in the back of the establishment and they rarely seem busy when I pass by the place occosionally.

I have always found their hamburgers and service here to be most excellent. Paul, the employee whom I have dealt with the most, has consistently been polite and on the mark regarding my order specifics. Yes, there is a little wait for the food but that’s because they cook it on the spot and it never disappoints. Yes, the price may be above the norm for burgers and fries but it’s well worth it hands down for the quality of taste and large portion sizes. Both the dining area and restroom are always clean plus I do enjoy the free music. I do recommend this Fatburger without hesitation.

Food was pretty good, this was my first time here. I wanted to try it out just because I’d heard the burgers were good. It was. I ordered a small fatburger with pickles and sweet potato fries. I didnt know they automaticaly put relish on their burgers. and no ketchup. bleeecchhkk I wasnt excited to taste that on my burger but I left it on to get the true experience anyway. The fries were super crispy and good, just enough salt. The hand scooped shakes were thick and delicious. I didnt ordered one, I only tasted my daughters but I wanted one bad after that! I resisted the urge but plan to get that cookies and ice cream shake next time.

Some«Fatburger» staffs are better than others, and this one here is particularly smarter. Burger came out in good presentation, all my classic toppings looked right, the Root Beer Float came out ice cream heavy and foamy, and it came to my table with a smile. I also like the ’50’s retro look from the outside. They could use another hand, though, just to sweep and hurry-mop the floors better. #pithy

Only been there once. The service however sucked. Didn’t add in the(paid for) extra sauces. Burgers were greasy. The counter guy was rude. Booooooo

Great service! Delicious food, fast! Ample parking! Bf and I each ordered a fatburger(which is a medium burger) with everything– one with pepper jack cheese and one with cheddar. They were cooked really well– nice, juicy, and a little pink: perfect! We got fat fries(like traditional steak fries) and onion rings which came with a ranch dipping sauce. The coca-cola freestyle machine was the cherry on the cake! The man(Paul) who took our order also brought us our food, then some ketchup, and made sure all the tables were nice and clean. He was very friendly to all the customers.

2⁄5 stars for shitty customer service! :) I’ve never experienced so much attitude from a simple, «Should I get the pumpkin pie milkshake or water?» The burgers were great, but we received enough attitude to keep us away for a life time. I’m truly sorry that the employees aren’t happy, but that doesn’t justify the way they treat the customers. Especially when the customers come in with smiles and ask how you’ve been.

Yes, 5 stars… for what it is… a fast food burger joint, Fatburger offers DELICIOUS pattys that are not frozen. Fries are terrific, shakes are excellent. There is simply no other fast food burger place that cooks fresh ground beef to order like this place does. Hope you stick around.

If you want a real burger, especially if it’s late at night, then you should check this place out! You should get the Fatburger on the char with cheese and chili! You can also customize the burger and add other things like onions, lettuce, tomato, etc. So good! The meat is nicely charred. And the melted cheese with the chili just adds another layer of deliciousness! I like how you can get skinny or fat fries. Both are pretty good. Just depends on what you feel like. The skinny fries are a little crispier and crunchier. The fat fries are a little mushy on the inside, but still nicely fried on the outside. FYI, the tables aren’t always clean. Might be sticky and dirty. They also have some stools out front. Plenty of parking in the lot in the back.

*** Pit stop review(Sherman Oaks) *** I’ve passed by Fatburger’s all of the time, but I never ate at one. To be honest the only reason I ate at this Fatburger was because my truck could fit into a parking space. I mean it barely fit. My truck went over the line for my stall about three inches(ha ha ha). Looking through the menu it became easy to make my menu selection. The regular Fatburger comes with relish(no me gusto) and mustard(no me gusto). In this case a double negative certainly doesn’t make a positive. So I turned my attention to the Western Bacon Burger. How can I go wrong with a patty of beef and bacon, right? Here’s what I liked… * The burger patty was nice and big. The burger tasted really good. It didn’t taste like the usual frozen patty. Every bite was nice and juicy with a crunch of bacon. * The young lady at the register was particularly friendly. * Parking was easy to get in. Here’s what I didn’t like… * Since Fatburger is kind of like a chain I expect it to have a newer/fresher look. The place has a dive kind of feel. It just needs a little more TLC. * I was able to get in, but all these little cars like parking sooooo close to me. I was boxed-in. It took a few times going forward and backwards before being able to get out of my space. Bottom line… This is a good place to pull over and get a tasty burger if that’s what you’re in the mood for. If you’re driving a larger full size lifted truck, this may be the only place you can pull over to get a bite to eat if you’re in the area :-) ha ha ha. It’s a little pricey for a burger at $ 7, but it was a good tasting burger. Food = delicious Seating area = so-so Service = friendly Restroom = ok

Friendly staff! But it’s way overpriced for a fast food place, and the food’s just okay-nothing special.

Never been a huge fan until I tried the thousand island burger. It’s sort of like an old school Big Mac minus the seeded bun, pickles and onions. The bun could use an upgrade but not bad for $ 6.50.

Tasty, tasty, tasty. What do you do when you need to eat at 1:30 am, well you head to Fatburger’s of course. Judging by how packed this place was, we weren’t the only ones with that idea. We ordered 2 large fatburgers with cheddar cheese, no relish, add bacon and no bun. The lady working the cash register was super friendly and personally brought our food out when it was ready. They loaded a plastic to go container with shredded lettuce and stacked the cheeseburgers plus all the toppings into it. Friendly service, tasty food

GREATBURGER. ‘Nuff said. When I visit LA I always stop here because they have truly savory burgers – and a nice staff, too. They make it easy to order and customize, with a menu that shows you the various options and you can just go down the list and choose what you want, or not. They do such a great job grilling the meat, getting it nice and carmelized, that, truly, it’s one of the best burgers you can get and only costs around $ 5.50. Now, I still love me some in-n-out, that’s my go-to place for an excellent slow/fast $ 2.50 burger, but Fatburgers are bigger, fattier(in a totally good way), and have distinctive condiments such as their relish, that make them taste very high-end. Like in-n-out, it’s not fast fast food, they make it when you order it and it can take a few minutes but it’s well worth the wait to get it fresh and hot. Their fries are excellent, either steak-cut or skinny fries. They even have onion rings. And their shakes are so thick and rich you could stop here and just have one for dessert(heck, for a whole meal). And, they’re open till 2am on weekdays, and 3am on friday/saturday. Woo Hoo! My only complaint – they don’t have any locations in northern california!
