Great hard working staff making us the greatest cheeseburgers any fast food business has to offer. 9 out of 10 times my food is fantastic. But hey, nothings perfect. The staff is always polite and they work very hard to bring you delicious burgers. The bathrooms are often clean. And the restaurant is always being swept and tables are wiped and clean. The parking lot is often full and busy and navigating is usually tough. But most In-N-Out parking lots are terrible. I have been eating here for 20 years now. I even met Eddie Van Halen here once. He was going through the drive thru. It was amazing. Great food, and good people.

Low Carb Diet Approved! Great Service through drive through, and very accommodating towards my diet. I always order now a Double Burger 2 extra patties, mustard fried(including pickles =0 carb), protein style, plain. Total carbs about 1 gram from the lettuce. Its always good here so you have to make sure you show up at a time that they aren’t super crowded at the drive through.

ABSOLUTELYINHUMANE to have an employee outside taking orders in the drive-thru lane in 40-degree weather!!! We are in the warmth of our cars, I think we can be patient and just place orders via regular drive-thru intercom menu! C’mon IN-AND-OUT Management be humane to your employees… providing gloves & a jacket doesn’t cut it.

The fries were a mixture of soggy, stale, and absolutely disgust! There was nothing special about the burger. This was all for the hype… considering I was here on vacation. Everyone talked about it and I had to try it for myself.

This is probably one of the worst places to put an In-n-Out because the location is so crowded. Parking is a little challenging at this location because it is located in a shopping center and parking is shared with other stores. But you are talking about In-n-Out here so all these inconveniences are ignored so you can have a taste of their great burgers.

I’ve always had great service at this location. The staff are always on their feet working hard to cater to all the hungry mouths coming to this location. It’s very clean on the inside so coming in and dining isn’t a problem… unless there’s a ton of people. Usually there is a line or a line outside. But the staff does a really good job balancing out where there is crowding. One thing that does stand out is that the staff does provide a smile with their service. I bet they’re really tired but they still give a smile at the register or giving out their food. I did see a staffer help a lady bring a lot of food to her car. So that’s pretty cool of them. The food is always delicious. I mean come on. it’s In-n-Out.

Great location, great food, and great service all around. The same atmosphere just like any other In-N-Out Burger in the area. This one has the nice option of sitting inside. The interior was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this business to everyone craving some burgers.

FOODBOURNEILNESS! Got severe food poisoning from a well done double double… I’ve been throwing up for 7 hours now… This is horrible. I will never eat here again. They rushed my order last night and I had a strange feeling that this would happen and it did. Im calling the health department and getting my lawyer. I always eat here and I’ve never had a problem… Until now. This changed everything. I feel like I’m dying. Thanks guys

Holy shit snacks batman, the line is ridiculous long during lunch hours but its pretty fast if you go inside. I hate going inside but man, I have an inner fat kid that needs to eat! Service is as I’d expect and love, fast and pretty efficient. For being 2pm on a Wednesday, the floors are pretty clean considering they’ve already been through the lunch rush. Love this place, keep it up In N Out!

You can never go wrong with in n out. This location is close to my house, and I find myself coming here more times than I probably should. The drive thru line can get pretty busy and long, so usually I find myself parking in the lot and walking inside. There is both inside and outdoor seating, which is nice. The food is amazing, and I’ve never had any problems with the customizations I add(add pickles! So good!) The animal fries are really good, and I sometimes find myself going there just for that! Totally worth it!

68% Solid overall fast food burger. *** Ive come to this location before, around once or twice a year. My last visit was in Jan ‘15 In N Out is a fast food burger chain that seems concentrated in California with some branches in surrounding states. Ive heard there are some stores in Arizona and Nevada. In N Out advertises that its ingredients are generally fresh, with its meat never being frozen and their fries made from fresh potatoes. I have mixed feelings about In N Out. I think the burgers can be good here, but I find there are very particular circumstances that have to be met in order for their burgers to work best. Thankfully, the chain is flexible in terms of allowing you to modify some ingredients. It also isnt terribly expensive, although not dirt cheap like some may proclaim. Every time I visit, I try something a little different. On my last venture, I tried a 4×2 burger with four beef patties, two slices of American cheese, raw onions, lettuce, and tomato. There was some ketchup and mayo added, but its applied with restraint. I never request Animal style, as Im no fan of Thousand Island dressing. I also dont believe in adding a lot of sauce on any burger period. I’ll get right to looking at some notes on the burger and fries. — Serving temperature is great. I think an In Out burger ought to be enjoyed right at the restaurant to take advantage of this. My burger has steam coming out of it the entire time. The cheese was creamy, rather than gooey and hardened. The meat was still a bit juicy instead of being dried out. I’ve never understood the appeal to go through the drive through. — The beef isn’t bad. I think doing 4 beef patties in a burger works out to be a fairly optimal presence if you want the flavor of the meat to stand out. Without the presence of a stronger sauce, there was a nice soft, comfortable although unfortunately brief metallic flavor from the blood of the meat at the end of each bite. — Its a shame that the meat is cooked well done, but thats to be expected with fast food. I do wish the meat was fattier, but at least it wasn’t dry and there was a mild presence of delicious grease. — Seasoning with salt thankfully is on the milder end and compliments the meat rather than bury it. Ive tried the burgers with no salt at all and it doesn’t work as well. — the condiments work well in general. I think the In N Out burger has a stronger presence of sweet flavors more than anything else. I liked how without sauce, the quality of sweet flavors are on the milder end between the tomato, onions, bread, ketchup(as long as there isnt too much) and mayo. The raw onions also lend a bit of crunchiness while the spice isnt so harsh as to be distracting. — I think the American cheese is okay. The flavor is so-so. Its more of a one note mild salty and slightly sour flavor that often gets overwhelmed by other flavors. I do like how it gives the burger a good texture with its added creaminess and the richness it provides. I dont care for it at all should the burger get cold. It tends to hardens and gets gooey. — the bun isn’t bad. I’ve always found the In N Out bun one of the sweetest tasting. For fast food burgers, I’m not sure I can think of anyone who tops it, including my favorite fast food burger, Shake Shack in NY. It compresses well, its not dough heavy, and it does a good job of holding an otherwise messy burger together. Even with two meat patties, an In N Out burger doesn’t seem starch heavy. — the fries seem controversial, but I like them at In N Out just the way they are. I like the fact that there’s a more pronounced potato flavor, testament to the advertised commitment in better ingredients. The seasoning of salt is more moderately applied. — texture of the fries are quite soft and pillowy, with barely any crunchiness. There’s also a mild film of grease surrounding each fry, with the oil being generally neutral. Its not delicious, but it doesnt stimulate mild nausea either like a lot of the unpleasant oils used at other fast food places. I understand this isnt conventional, but I like the In N Out fries for its more delicate quality. Value is okay. The food here can be cheap, but I dont think its the steal that many fans make it out to be. My meals here are just a bit under $ 10. I almost never leave full, but I am content to not order anything else. I think I’m paying more for some degree of quality and smaller portion sizes. Ive always found the burgers here to be closer to a slider. Service isn’t bad. The staff are generally patient and cordial. The food can take longer to come out of the kitchen. Its closer to 15 mins when ordering at the counter. In N Out overall is good dining choice. Although I dont agree that its the best burger or even fast food burger, I do think it has the potential to be quite delicious. I would suggest being open to trying to customize it and do something different.
