Final Inches

This place is really bad. I got my inner and outer thighs, a long with my knee done and there is literally a chunk missing from my bottom right thigh. It is very lumpy and bumpy and doesn’t look good at all. I have tried to call for follow up and no one will call me back.
Beware! Go to a real plastic surgeon. This place doesnt know what they are doing!

‘m not unhappy with my results but for additional lipo work I would choose to go elsewhere. Here was my experience:
1) Did not see or speak with a medical professional before being required to pay for procedure. The initial consultation was with a someone with no medical background or training, in her office you drop your pants or lift your shirt, she looks at /​feels the area in question and determines if you’re a good candidate. How can an office worker be able to discuss with you the results you can expect and if your expectations are realistic?
2) The actual Dr was pleasant but in the pre-​op call, during the procedure and in the post-​op call he always made me feel rushed.
I’m not a big talker… in fact, I hate talking on the phone and am rather quiet in general. It’s not as if I rambled endlessly. Not in the least. Just this particular doctor always made me feel like he had something else better to do and he was talking to me only because it was a requirement (instead of because he was interested in anything I had to say about the procedure and my expectations or questions).
3) Although they take tons of «before» photos, when I asked to see them at my post op appointments, I was denied. I was pretty pleased with how I was looking and wanted to see the «before» for comparison but was told they don’t allow that until much later. What? They’re photos of me, I should be able to see them at any of my post-​op appointments.
4) None of the follow up visits were ever with an actual doctor
Sure, the person is a nurse but I’ve never had a surgery in my life where not a single DOCTOR examined me at any of my follow up visits.
Like I said, I am happy with the results but would choose to go elsewhere for additional lipo.

After contemplating liposuction for years I went to Final Inches after I learned about their minimally invasive technique. I am really happy with the results! From the initial contact, to the surgery, to the follow up I received great service and care. Dr. Saul was honest and caring and my final result has exceeded my expectations. Even though I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly I was never able to get rid of post baby tummy pouch and «muffin tops». My new shape is fantastic! Dr. Saul really sculpted my waist and my tummy is far flatter than before. I was counseled going into it that due to my age and some years of yo yo dieting (up and down 10 lbs) the skin may not tighten up on my lower abdomen. But 8 weeks post surgery I’m looking great and feeling happy! I can now fit into my 21 year old daughter’s size 2 jeans :)

Wish I could say something nice, but I had their liposcupture procedure and it didn’t turn out so well. I ended up with a lot of lumps, bumps, and indentations in my abdomen. When I went to see the medical director there I was told that nothing could be done because I had «excess skin» that was just hanging there. They even said that it would get worse if I lost weight. So now I have to go to another plastic surgeon and get additional surgery to get this repaired.
