I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t so expensive for what you’re getting. The wings are too small for the price.

I called there number and was informed there hours are 11 to midnight 7 days a week. My friend I drove 30 mins to get to sherman oaks to have there food which is highly talked about, we got there at 10:05 pm on a Sunday night(11÷9÷14) there were approximately 7 people who were either employees or friends of employees hanging out at the front by the door, the open sign was on and when we approached the entrance we were greeted by unwelcoming faces as if they werent open or didnt want us there. When we ask if there open they all looked at each other as if not knowing what to say until a female spoke up and said take out only. It was very disappointing to have driven 30 mins for food, and having being told there open till midnight to get there and find out that there only doing take out, they had already moved there out door chairs inside so there would be no worry for us to sit. Im sad to say it was an unpleasent and unwelcoming experience, most of all disappointing having made such a long trip to leave without any food and still hungry.

So we ordered wings and fries. The sauces were great just wish there was more chicken to eat with the sauce! Seriously the wings were pretty tiny and about 1 buck a piece. But the wings were crispy and pretty good. No need for ranch or any other dipping sauce. Fries were crispy and seasoned well. Service was very pleasant. Though it took a little bit longer than expected to get the food. They have a patio area it’s nice to sit out there. Overall not bad.

That new flavor is so bomb, you don’t need the dipping sauce on the side. I’m surprised of how many negative reviews they have. Wings are great!

I was really disappointed. having lived in upstate NY, I became a wing junkie. just about any dive bar out there makes good to amazing buffalo wings. Its been ages since i moved to LA and have yet to have any decent wings. so I was excited to get to try a place that bragged about their Buffalo wings… i had my eye on this place for a while and decided to give them a try this past Sunday. I always ask any wing place I go to if their boneless tenders are prebreaded/frozen or fresh. if they dont have fresh bonless(and most places never do!) I get the regular wings. The wings were really nothing to write home about… avg-small size and overpriced(over $ 1 a wing). They were tasty and crispy. The thai chili sauce was good. the buffalo sauce was just OK. I also ordered a steak sub. also very overpriced, also nothing too special about it. the fries they use are also not very good. reminded me of burger king fries. I am giving a lower than avg rating based on the overall quality to value ratio. the wings are too small to be charging $ 1 each. maybe try having some wing specials or wing nights(45 cent wings, etc) to draw some people back… get some different fries, get some bigger sub rolls, change out the soda machine(both the diet coke and the coke were empty). They also forgot to put the blue cheese sauces I asked for in the bag.

The people working there are beyond rude. They can’t get your order right. The food is horrible. You’re better off going to mcdonalds for a decent meal. DONOTRECOMMEND!!! Management really needs to pick up their game because with this type of customer service and mediocre food, they will be out of business very soon!

This used to be my go-to place for wings(spicy breaded), they had never let me down. It seems they have removed this item from their menu. The fries are delicious and the sanwiches are average. Never had a delivery issue and they are usually on-time.

My last delivery experience from these guys was the exact opposite of many of the negative reviews. I expect they’re taking the criticism to heart. My order was delicious(lemon pepper, honey bbq, spicy Thai). The wings were cooked perfectly and anything but dry. Also my order arrived surprisingly quickly(less than the estimated time). The driver was nice and seemed to be in a rush to move on to the next delivery, which is a good sign in my opinion.

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on this place and this kinda shocks me because I actually find myself craving their Spicy Thai and Honey BBQ wings frequently… blue cheese and ranch dressing on the side makes it even better! Staff is always friendly… even if there are new people every time… seems like they have a quick turnover on their staff, but still, they are always friendly from the cashier to the cooks… Oh, and I just read that someone who worked there got shot and killed back in 2012… whoa! I sit in that place sometimes later at night just about every other week enjoying the food and watching their TV and just basically being very at ease in that place so will that news affect me adversely to going there? Nope… Hey, shit happens… it’s tragic that someone was shot at that place and ended up dying but still, if it’s your time to go, it’s your time, period, so what better way to exit this planet than glomming down some tasty wings? Lol… Also, the bacon wrapped hot dogs are AMAZING! I can only eat one of these every couple of weeks but when I get one here they are well worth the three bucks or so that they charge… I love this place… I always have and always will…

This place sucks. I gave it a second chance, as my first experience was terrible, sadly my last and final visit was the exact same. The Wings are Sub Par to Pizza Hut Standards, not even average for a wing spot. Greasy and Gross. The sandwich tasted old with stale bread, the soda syrup wasn’t mixing properly making my soda taste too thick and sweet. The kid behind the counter didn’t care about his job, he simply took the order, if you didn’t like it, tough luck. I won’t be back, especially with so many options in the same area for good wings. Shame, I wanted to like this place.

I went here a few times and the wings are nothing to write home about. After having lived in Buffalo, NY for quite a while, I know what good buffalo wings taste like and the wings here are mediocre at best. The service here is also nothing to write home about. The service seemed pretty slow and I felt like I was waiting a bit too long. I wouldn’t really recommend this place.

So I was sitting here on a Sunday starving looking for some place different than pizza, and I found Hogies. I will say they were fast when it came to the delivery! The delivery guy was really nice! My only issue is the food! Got the chicken tenders and they taste like the ones I could buy at any store, but the worst is the ceaser salad! I don’t even think it was real chicken because I kept getting hard chewy pieces from the chicken. It was only chopped lettuce, what ever kind of chicken and curtons. Plus the ceaser dressing didn’t even help the situation. Again they were fast and friendly, but food I feel is only good if you have the munchies really bad! I feel they would do great in Colorado or Washington lol :-)

I’ve only had delivery from Hoagies & Wings, and it is serviceable, if for no other reason than it provides a respite from the typical pizza/chinese/thai triumvirate that pervades the southeast Valley. The name is apt, as they serve hoagies, wings.. .and that’s pretty much it. The hoagies are solid; their cheesesteak is good, their chicken & super chicken are tasty — make sure you get grilled peppers — and the bread is akin to what I had at the classic Philly joints. The wings are above average and their suicide sauce is spicier than the norm though definitely not deserving of the suicide moniker — but it is darn tasty; think of Frank’s Red Hot with a habanero or two mixed in. Their seasoned fries are consistently soggy and undercooked so stick to the name — get a hoagie, get wings, get delivery and be satisfied. It’s a good change of pace, but nothing I would seek out proactively. Price is right and delivery is fast and worth keeping in your rotation.

I had the Philly cheese steak and wing combo and then we added on some boneless wings. The cheesesteak was solid. However, it had pepperoncinis in it which I will leave off next time around. The bone in wings were definitely better than the boneless. The boneless wings were somewhat cold in the middle and tasted kind of cheap. The price was alright. We ended up spending about $ 22 for a cheesesteak, 9 wings, and a soda. The service is ok. They did what they were paid to do but did not really go beyond. They didn’t feel very welcoming, but at the same time they didn’t feel cold. They just were there. The ambiance and location were ok as well. They have a nice cozy patio and there is ample parking near by. However, as I finish writing this review I can feel my gut starting to bubble. But hey, it’s fried wings and meat smothered in melted cheese. This is to be expected.

What kind of underfed, skinny chickens are they using!!! Dang these wings were tiny! Felt like i was gnawing on a pencil. …+1 for the variety though.

Came here and couldn’t tell who were customers or workers. Apparently they were all workers. Was a bit weird seeing one of ‘em eat by the food prep area. Hope he doesn’t serve food while eating(yikes!) Split the hoagie & wing combo with the bro. The flavors I got for my wings were mild & Thai spice? I liked the hoagie but wings and fries were meh. The combo(which comes with a drink) plus the fries came to about $ 18. I wouldn’t come here for the wings again, maybe the hoagies though!
