After my last visit we weren’t very pleased with our service but when we got served by Tifani this night she was super nice and frequently came back to see what we needed. Will be back thanks to her!

I came here on Saturday night with my friend to have some drinks and wings. It was certainly the most mellow BWW we’ve been to on a Saturday night. However, my wings were good, my beer was good, and the waiter was very friendly. Very pleasant experience, will stop by this location for my beer & wings fix again.

The customer service sucked. It took our waiter 10 min to get our beer.(The bar was empty) after that our food was cold. I had to ask for fresh French fries which didn’t come out until after we were done with our food:(the service was really bad, and a 45 min dinner turned into an hour and a half. I won’t be back.

Most of these reviews are spot on. I didnt think so until I came in the evening. The day time is great! But these kids later on in the day do not understand customer service or how to be considerate womp womp. Unless you’re sitting at the bar – try to go earlier in the day before 5! Bar employees are always on point :)

Last night my husband and i went to dinner and had to wait 20 minutes to get our order taken not even drinks! But after asking for the managers attention he made sure we were taken care of and put our meal on the house! The food however was delicious best wings and artichoke dip ever!

Two stars just because their food quality was acceptable and delightful to eat. Minus three stars because the hostess who had put me down for a party of 3 accidentally knocked us off the list and we were starving outside like dogs for 45 minutes. Good luck conversing with your friend, father-in-law, or your boss because the music is suspiciously loud. In fact, the amount of bass inside makes me nauseous and gives me headaches and IMONLY21! Their menu has a huge variety of wings you’re craving. Whether its spicy, sweet, salty, or dry. They’ve got ‘em all! I did like the layout of their menu, and our waiter was actually very nice Lastly, why charge your customers 60 cents for a small pack of ranch. I guess next time I’ll bring my own from home.

Horrible service… especially considering apparently this is not a franchise BWW but a company owned BWW!!! Never should a to-go order placed in house with a ½ empty restaurant take 30 minutes to make… Mind you, we ordered 20 wings, a small potato wedge basket, and carrot sticks. When we placed the order we asked why it would take 20 – 25 minutes… To this the server replied that they had two big parties and the kitchen MAY be bogged down. We turned around and saw no big parties and barely any patrons. When we questioned again why so long she told us it wouldn’t take more than probably 15 minutes. *We also know for a fact that they keep fried wings in the kitchens warming drawers and that it only takes 8 minutes to actually fry a bag of wings… It takes about 30 seconds to pump and spin the wings after.* More and more people came in, more to-go orders… Finally, I get to 30 minutes and I have to go ask where my food is. MINDYOU my drink has been sitting on the counter with ice in it for 25 minutes. They bring my food out and I ask the waitress to top my drink off because it still had about 2 ½ inches from the lid empty… The waitress standing there tells her to get me a new fresh one. WHILEIMNOTLOOKINGSHEGRABS A NEWCUPANDPOURSTHEOLDDRINKINTOTHENEWCUP. I get home, half of my wings are super dry and my carrot sticks look like my 1 year old nephew cut them. Advice to management: train your staff some basic knife skills or simply how to cut a carrot. Also, considering that THISISNOT A FRANCHISEBUTACTUALLYOWNEDBYBWWITSELF according to the manager here, run your restaurant better like the franchises that carry the same name. HORRIBLE!

Was just here to grab a bite after mini golf up the street. Some decent choices at the Sherman Oaks Galleria and today we went with B-Dubs on a group vote. On a Saturday at 5 we had a 45 min wait — not bad I guess, considering NFL playoffs were on. I had eaten at another BWW before and honestly wasn’t too impressed with the wings considering that’s in their name. I opted this time to go with the Big Jack Burger. I was not disappointed. This burger was nice. Good amount of beef, sauce and pulled pork. Yup pulled pork on top of the burger. Nice I say! Relatively juicy and plenty of complimentary flavors happening. Paired it with an 805 draft and I was set. Tons of TVs and huge ones at that. The atmosphere is very chill and that I like. A mix of sports fans and family. The servers were great. Out main guy has plenty of help and they checked up on us enough to keep us happy. The head floor server /manager gave us a birthday shout out over the PA which was awesome fun too. The staff had a great attitude. One thing that caught my attention was that they handed the kids at our table some galaxy tablets for entertainment and games. Of course they loved it. At first I was like — wha wha what?! Now we have lost our taking abilities with them. But on second thought I looked around and thought — well yea we are at a place with about 50 big screens playing pro sports. Most kids could care less. So yea let them have their toys too. We talk to the grown ups and socialize about the game while they all have nice entertainment and games. Sure beats tic tac toe and crayons. Wings can be improved on IMHO but they do put in a good overall effort here.

We were over here for dinner before our 70 mm showing of Hateful Eight and decided to stop in for dinner. We made it in time for Happy Hour and I proceeded to order a small order of Carribean Jerk boneless wings, an order of fried pickles, and some craft brew. My GF ordered the pretzels. We sat at the bar and our bartender took the orders and she asked me twice if I said boneless, which I did, and of course when the order came out they were regular wings. I told her that I said boneless and even she said that she put the order in as boneless but the kitchen screwed up, so they took the wings back and whipped up a new order. I love spice and the Jerk wings were great! I even broke a sweat. I’ve been to a couple of BWW and they’ve always treated me right and the food has always been tasty. I am glad that the consistency is there.

Look, go here for some beers and to watch a game. The food is on par with any popular chain, so just roll with it! When you want some crappy, delicious, junk food wings, this is your place. Sure, you could have made your own wings from a frozen bag from Costco but you’re too tired for that. I am a huge fan of spicy, and let me tell you that they hit the nail on the head with their spiciest buffalo wings. You can order all sorts of rubs and sauces with your wings, too, so there is a lot of variety. I can’t speak for fries or any other menu item because all I do here is drink beer and eat wings while watching football. The prices are not bad, and they even have a regular AND late night happy hour for drafts and well drinks and some food items. The staff is very young, yes, but remember this is a *chain*. We all had first jobs before, so cut the kids a break. Yes, weekends are busy here. Yes, you will probably have to wait. Is that really surprising? Expect all of those things to be true and then just enjoy it for what it is.

So, we walked in, and what looks like a teenage girl tells us we can try to find a spot at the bar because there aren’t any tables open. As instructed, we make our way towards the bar, and pass at least 10 empty tables. And with the bar at full capacity, we go back to the hostess station thinking, WTF… The same teenager-ish child person now decides she can see the plethora of available tables and kindly seats us. We place an order w/a friendly gentleman and about 25 minutes go by before we get the wings. Except these wings aren’t our wings. They don’t match our order, so we send them back. Our friendly waiter apologizes for the mix up and says our order was just put in and should be ready shortly. Obviously disappointing considering the ridiculously long wait for frozen wings in the first place. We should’ve just canceled the order, paid for our beers, and left right then and there. The wings that finally arrived were certainly not worth the wait or the money. After speaking to the manager on duty, he kindly amended the bill, which we appreciated. Since it had been another 25+ minutes since we saw our friendly waiter and we were beyond ready to peace out of this craphole, we took the bill up to the hostess station. They, of course, advised we’re to pay at our table, to which we let her know it wasn’t possible since the waiter had been MIA for the last half hr. Someone just needs to put this place out of its misery.

Ok, Ok, Ok… the wings are indeed frozen like everyone says they are(you can taste it too). The staff even says so when you ask them. Server’s serve you pleasantly with a smile and jokes, but can be rather slow when wanting refills or getting the check. The wings aren’t ALL that. I won’t lie, yet I have no complaints. I keep coming back, so I must like them right? I don’t come for the game(hate on me), but I do like sitting outside and people watching. I feel like I get better service, and I’m away from the screaming people. Will be back several times in the near future.

Wings. Meh. Service. Excellent. Austin was our server. He explained the options really well and wasn’t too«overexcited» like you get at some of these places. Perfect amount of flair! Boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets. $ 9.59 for 6 nuggets. Crazy! The fries were ok and they brought a bunch of celery and ranch which was good. Trash on the ground. Loud music that didn’t vibe with the sports theme. Overall. Meh.

I know everyone has given this location bad reviews. Our server was awesome nice and fast. The food was good and the same as it always is at buff wild wings. The floor was a little dirty with fries but honestly it was Monday night football what are they suppose to do clean it up in the crazy night while a kid throws them everywhere? So when people say the place is dirty and things like that. That could be the reason. My experience was good either way

Worse service ever! On a good day you can get lucky and get decent service but when it’s just s bit busy you won’t even be acknowledge. A simple thank you for coming can you please wait would be nice. Instead you have most the crew talking and laughing with each other without even looking or paying any attention to their clients. The beer is cold and there are tons of tv’s great place to catch a game but not worth the terrible service. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Buffalo Wild Wings is my friend’s and mine’s go to after a long day of virtually any activity, really. I will never be fond of their slow service, but it seems like what sets this BWW from others is its ample amount of seating. Regardless of the fact that there was no NFL game going on during my visit, I still appreciated that it was easy for my friend and I to be attended to. During this particular visit, I ordered a moscato sangria which proved to be a new and delightfully sweet taste without being overwhelmingly sugary. I still wish they had happy hour on weekend late nights, but I can’t have it all. Again; for some reason the wait for our food takes about 40 minutes. Which I truly do not understand why for a calm night and a small order of wings. I guess I just have to accept that getting our food late is a BWW thing. Clearly, what keeps me coming back is not the service, but the Asian Zing wings, which if I were to rate alone deserves 5 stars. Overall meh customer service/efficiency; excellent wings.

I’ve heard many people rave about how«good» B-dubs is and how the wings are amazing. Finally came here for the first time with expectations regardless of the 2 ½ star rating. First impression was good because they offered game pads for my kids to play on to keep them busy. But then 30+ minutes passed and when our food finally came out, the wings didn’t even seem hot in temperature or «fresh». I literally had a hard time finishing my wings and I even got the small size. Not to mention the cheese fries were disgusting as if they were warmed up in the microwave from the night before.

Looking at the reviews I was not expecting much, however I was pleasantly surprised with the service. It was happy hour, so it was still slightly early. My sister and I sat ourselves at the high tables next to the bar. Our server, Stephanie came right away to offer us drinks. She put in our corn dog appetizer order and put in the drink order. We ordered the small sized medium flavored wings. They were really good and it came with more than I could even finish. The drinks were good. My sister got a mango Margarita and I got a corona. The cocktails aren’t discounted during happy hour but beer and the mini corn dogs were. The corn dogs were good, especially with the mustard it comes with. Stephanie periodically checked on us, and everything went smoothly. They do validate and I think I’ll be coming back for a quick drink if needed in the future.

The Service: Great customer service. Very attentive. Food is served quickly. The Food: Fried pickle — the pickles not much flavor. didn’t like the batter they used to fried the pickles. Not too crispy. Wings — SUPER moist. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Very addicted after first piece. Love different dipping sauces. You can choose either toss the sauce with the wings or sauce on the side. However, the wings are am little pricey. $ 1.1 per piece if you order large order, 20 pieces. The Parking: parking structure. Validate parking for 2 hours

Buffalo Wild Wings is on the«ground level» of Sherman Oaks Galleria which has its own LARGE parking structure. You have to pay, but all the businesses in the Galleria can validate. Like most Buffalo Wild Wings, this place is large, and has dozens of TVs showing sports on practically every wall surface. The service is friendly. They do take their time which is totally understandable in an establishment like this where most patrons are also taking their time because they are watching the games. Garlic Parmesan wings were great. Lemon pepper as well. Good solid place to go.
