Pizza Hut

Just ordered lunch. Fries were the wrong ones. The crust was not fully cooked. Gross.

So we ordered home delivery last night. What can I say, this was the last time I order from Pizza Hut. The pizza arrived cold and uneatable and when we called to complain we got a nice hangup… I actually am glad this happens, there are so many great pizza places around and these chains are killing the pizza taste with their crap in it.

I tried to delete my old review but the app wouldn’t let me. My last post was actually about dominoes not Pizza Hut. For that I am sorry.

Delivery is always slow. Pizza is never done right. Either under cooked or the wrong crust. Plus anytime Pizza Hut has a commercial out for a new pizza or deal this location never has or honors it. How are you even allowed to be called Pizza Hut?!

Wow. Two stars that is kind of harsh. This chain is not that bad and this store is not that bad either. Their employees have a hard time with English but I would never hold that against them. They have messed up on my order a couple times but its not like they still did not deliver me a good pizza.

I was a little lazy today and opted for delivery instead of picking up even though this place is a block away. Big mistake. They took forever, even to the point where the delivery guy mentioned I ordered a long time ago. We get the pizza and it’s under cooked. We were starving so we threw the pizza in our own oven but we called to let them know they were serving out under cooked food. The manager, a female, I never got a name, was very rude and said she would pick up the old pizza and deliver another like it wasn’t an issue, I already waited an hour and you want me to wait another? No thanks. I call to do you a favor and you act like I’m a fool for trying to help you. Worst service I’ve ever had. I’m sure papa johns and Pizza Hut will send you a thank you letter after I give them my service from now on

The «general manager» calls me to ask me for my credit card information when I have a confirmation in front of me that all was processed. This «general manager» was very arrogant and rude. I’ve been a patron of this place for some time but I will never order from here again. Why trust a restaurant that’s going to call you and ask for your credit card information over the phone? Get your act together. You don’t mess with people’s finances.

This was my first time trying pizza hut and it was so good went to go order at the store and there was this nice little lady on cash regester named Carla super friendly she kept smiling for everything and looked like she loved her job that’s what great costumer service is

For cheap quick carry out place to go. Never had a problem or issue with any pizza order j have gotten. For a 6 dollar pizza you can’t go wrong. I think people need to understand this when they are writing a review. Thank you again for great service

Scratch that post, they’ve ruined my night and sent a driver that didn’t have proper change and then wanted to make it seem like it was my fault cause I didn’t have another method outside of cash ??

I’m surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Every time I have ordered delivery from here, the pizza always arrived fresh and very hot and not to mention super fast delivery service. I am a very happy customer.

I’ve never ordered from Pizza Hut before. I have to say for delivery pizza I had a great experience. The guy who took my order was nice and helped me build a great pizza. Pizza was delivered in 35 minutes and even the delivery guy was nice.
Will definitely be ordering again. I think I’m in love with the Ultimate Cheese Lovers.

I ordered 3 pizzas for my party of 30 on Saturday night. The pizzas were suppose to arrive at 10:15. However, I checked my watch and noticed it was 10:45, and the pizzas had not arrived yet.
The pizzas never arrived that night. My debit card was also charged $ 40. However, I decided that I was not going to let this spoil my night. Instead, I would deal with it the following morning by walking into the store and speaking with a manager as a disappointed customer.
So on Sunday morning I wake up gracefully and drive to the store. After speaking with Ingrid, the young, well-​composed manager, I was informed that it was a delivery mistake and that my order was cancelled later that night. When an order is cancelled, any charges made on the debit card is automatically reversed.
Ingrid was calm and polite as she apologized, and also compensated me with a free pizza. I ordered a thin crust with Pineapple.
I am satisfied with the outcome, and am open to giving this Pizza Hut location a second chance in the future.
But if the same mistake is repeated again, then I will delightfully write an updated review with the word BLACKLIST surrounding the background.

I don’t typically get online to complain, but after a year of giving these guys multiple chances, I give up.
Basically, it looks like this Pizza Hut is cutting corners in every way possible (sauce, cheese, oil, drivers, etc.).
The pizza was barely recognizable as a Pizza Hut brand pizza and here is why:
— Crust was too fluffy and did not have enough of a «orange, hard, fatty, oil crust» Pizza Hut pan pizzas are known for having.
— Not enough sauce (it was super dry)
— Not enough cheese (you could see the dried sauce below)
— Not enough pepperoni (a large pizza with 10 slices. really? That’s 1.25 pieces per slice.
— Veggies were burnt to a black crisp.
— Pizza was old and cold.
— Took a full hour to deliver on a weeknight and was not very warm when we got it. We literally live one block away… wow.

One star is GENEROUS! The pizza is great, don’t get me wrong. But the customer service is horrendous! If you want anything other than what you can order through their app (like to apply a coupon, ask about ingredients, wonder why you were charged the wrong amount, etc) — expect an incompetent answer with a LOT of attitude.
I don’t know why I even bother anymore.

Smh for not checking their Unilocal reviews prior to ordering our delivery. Had i done so we would not have ordered from here…
Ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza which had barely any pepperoni on it :(also got the Buffalo chicken pizza that was drenched in BBQ sauce. Ended up giving it away to my co workers because it looked soo disgusting. $ 38 down the drain. Never again. That’s what i get for cheating on Napoli’s Pizza

Delivery took forever and there was no bacon in the bacon and cheese stuffed crust. There were lots of cheese though.
Little Caesars $ 5 pizza tastes better than this $ 15 one too.

THE WORST
If I could give them zero stars, I’d give them zero.
On multiple occasions I’ve had guys mess up my order from this location. They’ve forgotten to bring me things, or I’ve ordered an extra cheese pizza only to get a pizza with barely any cheese.
But tonight takes the cake. I placed an order online and after I’d paid it tells me it will take two hours for my order to be delivered. TWO HOURS. So I decide to cancel my order. Problem is, in order to do that, you have to call the store. I spend a total of twenty minutes on hold, with no human contact. I can’t even cancel my order.
F*ck this place. I’m done.

I got the large pizza bites, and the pizza bites hardly had any cheese in them wtf is the point of getting this pizza. The cheese crust is way better !!!
The pizza was supper thin I don’t understand why there pizza is paper thin!!!
I rather go to lol caesars it’s cheaper too !
