I ordered a gourmet cheese burger from this restaurant today. The food was delicious until my boyfriend bit into the burger and found a metal object broken off and cooked in the food. I called the restaurant and was placed on hold for several minutes. The cook came to the phone and when I explained what had happened, he said what do you want? Another burger? I was so upset because what if it was a child and this child would have chocked. I plan to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. If I don’t get a better response I will call the health department. I need someone to act like they care enough to be more careful in the future.

Great little place. The people are all really nice and the service is pretty fast. I usually order delivery and don’t really have to wait too long for my food. The calzones are really big and filling and the gluten free crust tastes pretty good.

Ordered off of Über Eats and got the Rosemary Chicken sandwich and the meatball sandwich gluten free. The choice for «gluten free bread» wasn’t even bread. It was a flat pita type thing. Everything was soggy and the meatballs were questionable… they didn’t taste like meat honestly. I wouldn’t eat here again.

My new favourite local pizza place, moved in on Sepulveda a few months back and came across Robbie’s and wanted to try it out, 3 orders on and I know Robbie’s is definitely going to get a lot of business from me.

I had dinner last night at Robbie Mac’s Pizza and what a surprise! We shared chicken salad chicken wings (delicious super crispy) capreses salad (has avocado yum!) garlic knots,(I tried to eat only 1 knowing pizza was coming but I couldn’t to I had 3) and the PIZZA! We ordered half of Artichoke and half Carnivore, well it was soooo good the crust was the perfect: crispy but not too thin, pliable to fold over NY style and with all the topping it still held up! The restaurant is small and casual and everyone is there for the amazing food. What I loved was how fresh everything was all freshly made nothing frozen. They even have gluten — free pizza.

My friend and I ordered food and had it delivered and the delivery guy Juan was amazing The whole order was right even the extra ranch and sauce that we ordered he also brought us 2 L of soda instead of six cans because he realized that we were probably having a party and was much easier to deal with amazing thought juan you are the best great customer service and a wonderful attitude I’ll be ordering from there again and telling everyone I know

LA friends… Take note: ROBBIE MAC’S IS TRULY A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!
I have lived in LA for 35 years and eaten at every «HOT» restaurant from Wolfgang Puck’s to Morton’s to Jose’ Andres’ Bazaar and many more… and I can honestly say, that tonight I had one of the best dinners I’ve ever eaten at, Robbie Mac’s Pizza!!! 6 STARS!!!
Everything was exceptional and as a 100% Italian (and I’ve eaten in the finest pizzeria’s in Italy as well as my Uncle’s «Tony’s» Best Pizza in Troy Mich) the pizza tonight was SUPERB!!! The appetizer’s and desserts are mouth watering and a work of art!
And I encourage all my LA friends to go there and do take-​out or eat in (very small but very friendly room) You will be pleasantly surprised!
Can’t wait to go back!

Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else.
I orders chicken and waffles, a calzone, garlic knots, and parmesan fries delivered. Mind you I live exactly a half mile from this place. Wasn’t feeling well so I figured delivery would be great.
Well, an hour and 40 minutes later (even though I ordered at 3pm, not exactly rush), my food finally arrived.
The calzone was burnt and about 80% bread. The garlic knots were burnt. The fries weren’t cooked all the way. Finally, the chicken and waffles I waited so long for was also messed up. The waffles were cold and soggy and the chicken was dried up.

Oh and when I tried to complain they told me there was no manager and to call back later.
Oh and upon calling back they were total jerks and didn’t want to refund me. Are you serious?
Good work on literally being terrible from top to bottom.

I’m not gonna lie. That burger i ate was really good. I wish the fries were a hotter but other than that, the burger was great. the cheese in it was tasty and the meat was nicely cooked. Also, the coke in the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as I like mine to be but other than that, the burger was super delicious. I was surprised because I have been to restaurants similar to Robbie Mac’s but they can’t even cook a simple burger, so I have to say, I was impressed with how good it was.

I drive by here everyday on my way home from work and I glad I finally decided to try this place. Tried the BBQ Chicken and Marguerite pizza which were both amazing. You can definitely taste the high quality ingredients they use. Also the owner Robbie is very personable and makes sure you’re happy. I’ll be back to try the Chicken Alfredo pizza soon.

They don’t even deserve that one star alone. We ordered a meal, to notice 45 minutes passed, no show. I called just for an update, to be told the driver is on his way. An hr, and 10 minutes following we called to cancel the order. I politely stated our disappointment and was told «Well, you should have came and picked it up». Floored. Unbeknownst to you, nursing an ailing friend hindered that option. Secondly, you obviously lied about the update. Now, I’m left with traveling in the midnight hours looking for another meal option because of your incompetence. For goodness sakes, we’re a block away. This wasn’t the first mishap, but I’m one for chances. After this? You definitely lost a steady customer. I strongly suggest people go elsewhere.

This place was surprisingly good. I say that cause it’s a really small space. We went there with 15 or so people and ended up taking over the whole restaurant. Service was great. Salmon salad was simple but tasty. The cheese fries were ok except the fries were stuck together. My friends who had the pizza all loved it. Portions were big. Overall, if I were in the neighborhood, I’d pick this place again. One tiny setback was that the food took awhile to come out for some so a few people were about done when others just got started. Shouldn’t be a problem if you go with less than 15 people though. Also, street parking is limited. There was a celebrity sighting that night which is not surprising given the really nice people who own the place.

I ordered the health nut salad. The apple slices are bigger than expected and were labeled with the sticker that came with the apple. It makes me wonder, were the apples washed before being put in the salad? I also got the cheese fries. Packets of ketchup were thrown on top of the fries. Again, a little unsanitary for my liking.

I hate to write a bad review, but it’s necessary. Well I ordered my usual grilled chicken chopped salad for delivery (big mistake). I usually pick up my order, but today I was extremely busy with work.
I’m not sure how long they had the salad sitting up, the chicken was extremely cold, like it was cooked the previous day and sat in the refrigerator overnight.
And one of the garlic knots was burnt.
Not sure if they were having a bad day or what… I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED and will NOT order from them EVER AGAIN. I’m done.

Totally disappointed in this place. This review is based on resolution of bad service.
We have been using them for a couple years now and liked their food. However, had a really bad delivery experience last time. Driver took almost 2 hours to get here (order placed at 4pm) and kept telling me 10 more mins, for about an hour and a half. I had 4 kids screaming for food. Long story short, wanted to cancel the order several times while we were waiting but Robbie Macs kept telling me to keep the order, wait and they’d take care of me next time. Fast forward to tonight where there is no mention on my account and the BEST they could do was 10% off, equaling about $ 2.50. Wish I had just cancelled the last time, rather than accept full price and no offer on their part to honor the agreement from before. Anyway, I have been ordering from them for a while, but on principle, will not be back.

Got off work. Went into Robbie Mac’s for a slice of pizza for my roomie and a salmon salad for me. I asked for NO ALMONDS. I’m allergic.
When I got my order 17 minutes later. I jumped in my car and drove home. 5 minutes later I open my bag. Pizza was fine. But looks like I got EXTRA almonds on my salad! And a tiny bit of salmon. So disappointed. I can even eat it.
