I LOVE Jason’s Best! I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about, because every person I’ve met and spoken to were VERY polite, friendly and helpful! This company is very professional and genuinely cares that you succeed! Tim did an excellent job of continually trying to place me in positions that would work for me. I appreciated that he really took the time to know me and what I was looking for. He didn’t just try to place me in any position he was given, but really put thought into who which ones specifically fit my needs. It wasn’t long before he found me a permanent job!!! They are great at getting you all the information you need before you go in to temp for a position or before you go to interview for a job. I just can’t say enough great things about Tim! There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong or that I didn’t like!

The staff is rude and ineffective…

I went to their office and the two ladies at the front desk were not only rude but unhelpful. One of them gave me a phone number to call. I called this number and talked with one of their representatives. I was asking to whom I need to direct my cover letter. Instead of receiving an answer he became rude and started asking about my salary request and after I told him he denied their services to me. Once again I asked him if I can send my resume for them to review and he replied with an attitude that they can’t help me. I don’t know if all of this is because I have a foreign accent? I don’t have any other explanation…

Really enjoyed my interview here and felt that Mr. O’Brien’s mission is to make the best job match possible for all involved. I was only there a few days ago and have already recommended the agency to several people because I just keep thinking about how well I was treated and how calm the agency seemed. He placed a friend of mine ten years ago, and she is still at the job. Another friend, who is in HR field, recommended his services after using him to find great employees.

They don’t even return your calls to say sorry I don’t have work or yes we do. Just plain rude and disrespectful!

This is by far the best employment agency I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. Most importantly, they genuinely care about placing you in a position that fits your needs. If you don’t want to take a job for any reason, no questions asked. They will just keep working with you until you find something you want to take. They are the antithesis to everything that is The Friedman Agency (see my prior review). I can’t recommend them enough!
