omg where do i begin??? this man is no good. I went to him for help and talked over a 15 min consultation that apperantly his assist said was going to be comp. I being idiot enough to be too excited that what i want can acutally be done took out my check book and wrote a check before he can even start for another 6 months. i decided to write the check just not to come back to the office because of busy schadule but i never thought in million years that if i dont have the heart to charge my clients that i work with extra 20 for their services when i have the right how can this man and his office personal charge me $ 450 out of the money i gave theml which i shoudnt have for something that they didnt even start. i hate writing negative reviews but he left me no choice I am so angry at this man it is beyond words.
people be advised to not trust him he seems nice but u will be screwed at the end. I always pray for whomever has done me good but but for whom i have done no wrong cannt do this bad to me .
this man and his office staff will make u cry go to anyoone for help but him. doooont trust him and anything he says. he has gave me a bill for which he never done any of it after me asking for my money back and not wanting o work him. when he needs to take ur money he is really nice, the personal will put u in contact with him very quick but god forbid u need ur money back i couldnt find him or get in contact w him for 6 months and after walking to the office personally to ask for my money i only got 550 back in return out of a 1000 and a bill w it how he has prepared documents which truthfully couldnt of been done untill 6 months pass my due date.

They are honest and they have lots of experience.
I came as a tourist to USA from Germany and I went to this office after my mother’s best friend recommended them to me.

I’ve never felt alone during all my immigration process since I asked Dr sedaghat’s law office for help. They are all very nice, supportive, and sympathetic. I feel like home every time I see each of their family or office members.

Where do I start. The guy is a charlatan. Run don’t walk in the opposite direction as fast as you can. I wasted thousands in fees, I lost valuable time and after the unpleasant conversation Sedaght had with me, I thought my case was a lost cause. He told me my case would take 2 years, which was a lie and I went elsewhere after four years. He was miffed when I fired him, refused to give me a refund on extra fees he charged so that his office could concurrently file INS applications, but then, according to him, the INS apparently reneged on concurrent filing. He had the audacity to send me a bill showing how he had «spent» the concurrent filing fees for «meetings» I apparently had with him when I didn’t. He had no clue who I was when I called. His office lost my file too many times to count. I finally went to another REPUTABLE lawyer and within two years had my Green Card. This lawyer should be disbarred. I would bet the positive reviews are from his office staff/​friends!
