Starbucks

I ordered my regular black coffee on line on the app I went to the store after 10 min of ordering it so I can pick it up hey didn’t take my order they took care of the line then I waited 10 more min until they finished so I asked the lady what happen to my order been 20 min all together she goes on line orders take longer then here is my thing u either make ur time estimate right on the app or u have to make sure ur workers do the work they need to dot

I used to get my coffee EVERY morning here since my workplace is 8 minutes away from Ralphs where I usually get off and never ones on my visit that I heard one of ther baristas greeted me or the other customers good morning, hi! How are you doing today, thank you etc… First of all, if you were assigned to work in the morning shift make sure that you know how to greet people and be as friendly as possible and put a smile on your face. The baristas here needs to learn customer service and know how to build a good relationship with their customers. They need more training.
Ralphs employees on the other hand are doing a great job because they’re more friendlier and greets the people waiting for their coffee from Starbucks.

This location is pretty decent! Nice Patio out front and plenty of tables inside. Buttttt, I’ve interacted with friendlier baristas at other locations. Don’t ya just hate when you have one extra item to add into your drink, and they look at you like it’s totally putting them out to write that extra NF on your cup? All I’m saying, is cheer up baristas!

This Starbucks is located inside of the new Ralph’s and I love it! So convenient. Right at top of the escalators/​elevator. You can grab your drink and do your shopping. It always seem to have only one person working though so it is a bit of a wait. You can get impatient sometimes. But they do serve all the drinks that all the Starbucks carry even the teavana drinks. They carry very very limited pastries.

Not really a Starbucks — just drinks inside a Ralph’s. No sandwiches, yogurt, etc. Poor selection of pastries. Fine if you need a Frap, but don’t expect it to have the normal Starbucks «stuff.» A missed opportunity — would have been cool to build one on the «2^nd» floor — a real, full service Starbucks. Anyhow, it’s not like they are tough to find… ;)
