Supercuts

I’ve been coming to Supercuts for a long time. A block away from home so convenience is the first thing… but aside from the convenience, the stylists there are really super nice. My personal stylist is Anne-Marie…simply the best. I mean, the best. She’s been styling hair for well over 20 years so she knows what she is doing, and it ‘s apparent that she loves her career. I started making appointments with her a few weeks ago; I go in, she’s ready for me, never keeps me waiting. She knows how I like my hair, she does it well, and she’s the reason for the 5 star rating. Thanks Anne-​Marie, for your very personalized service.

Totally understaffed for any improvised make overs. They just want to cut hair in under 15 minutes and don’t value walk ins with LONG HAIR. I was talked out of my highlights because they close soon. Weird.

So normally I end up spending 100 dollars for a haircut at my hair salon in Glendale. 2 weeks ago I decided to give myself a hair cut and ended up creating a disaster. I ended up running to Nicole at Supercuts for a 911 situation. For 20 bucks I ended up with a great haircut and now will be going back to her in a few months for a trim. Who knew Supercuts was so great?

WOW– I cannot say how bad my hair cut was… It took 3 people to cut my hair. I didn’t want anything fancy, just a regular fade (3 top, 0 bottom). After the third lady who attempted to cut my hair, they THEN tell me they are not barbers and they don’t do fades… AFTER THE FACT! Why would they even start cutting my hair then if they don’t do fades? When I was clear about wanting a fade… They advised me (after leaving me with a horrible hair cut) that I was better off going to an old fashioned, hole in the wall barber shop… WTF?! After they saw how unhappy I was, they decided to offer me a whole $ 2 discount on my hair cut! Lmfao!!! This place is a joke… To all dudes out there, dont go to super cuts for a fade…

I don’t like getting my haircut, so I don’t do it as often as I should. When I do, I always go to this Supercuts. The location is convenient, the staff is super friendly and knowledgable, and I never have to wait long, even for a walk-​in. Anne-​Marie is my favorite, she’s always very sweet and super fast! I highly recommend this location.

Checked in with the associate and she said it would be between 15 to 20 minutes. I went back to my car to wait and listen to music since the seats are uncomfortable. I came back 15min later and she was cleaning her station then she called my name. Another customer had arrived after me and was saying he was next since he had just seen me walk. The associate apologized to me and said he was next and I would have to wait another 15min… why take my name down? Why call my name since I was next?

I was pretty happy with the service. I brought my so here and it was quick, reasonably priced, clean, no frills, good haircut. No complaints here.

The girls there are very nice, however, you might wanna go somewhere else unless you like ugly haircuts. I made a mistake of trying to save $ 20 by not going to a proper salon. Got a simple haircut here and even my bf said this haircut is so bad. My hair is extremely easy to work with and I even brought in several pictures to guide the stylist. I understand this is Supercuts, but uneven cuts and mushroom caps are simply unacceptable.

Just started going here the last couple of months. Found Michelle. She is great. The best haircut I have had in a long time and I have spent a lot of money on haircuts. The whole staff is friendly.

What a great place. Honestly, I’m a little surprised at the reviews people have left for this place. I get my hair cut here every other week and have always left here happy.
I always make an appointment with Melanie as she is absolutely the best stylist here. She takes her time but is still fast enough that you don’t feel like you’re just sitting around.
The place is always clean and has good mix of both men and women making it comfortable and inviting.

Anne Marie and Alosie are the best! I had a great experience with getting highlights. The person who owns that parking lot needs to clean it up, but the actual business and stylists themselves were wonderful.

I got there just before closing and had to wait a little, but Michelle L took her time and did everything I asked.

Sadly, I was referred for the bang trim here and it failed all expectations. Mikah (sp?) was the person who trimmed my bangs and ruined a great cut that I got here previously. She didn’t even bother to comb out my hair before she started, to make sure that everything was even. She just took the scissors and started clipping away. I had a thick cut bang that blended really well with the rest of my hair and when I arrived I told her that I wanted the same thing that I had. I just needed a trim. They don’t know anything about trends or how to follow a style that a person already has.
So I was sitting in my car looking at my hair and I did notice it was off. I turned around and went back in and Anna talked me out of cutting my hair any more. She recommended that I should grow it out. Oh yeah, I’ll grow it out alright. She’s a charmer that Anna, but there was nothing she could do to fix the tragedy that Mikah did to my bangs. You know it’s bad when you go to Supercuts and come home wanting to cry. That’s how horrible this place can be.

The lady (Flora) who cut my hair was very nice and did a great job, I have no complaints about her.
My issue was with the woman who may or may have not been the manager. She thought it was a good idea to admonish one of the ladies cutting hair because the names of customers were not in the right order. The manager (?) herself was standing nearby when those people came in, but was busy, so when she went to get the next person and the names were out of order she turned around and yelled at the nearest hairdresser. Passing the buck does not help anyone, only made her look bad, and made all the customers uncomfortable.

Not bad service but not amazing — OK cut but it looks like some of the regular stylists are not there anymore.
I will go back —

I was on my way home from work when I drove pass this place. I figured, I needed a trim so why not. As soon as I got in I was seated and the chick that cut my hair (sorry i don’t remember her name) was cool. She did a good job on my hair. My favorite part was the price. So I my wallet gives them 5 stars.

I have been going to this supercuts for months now. Anna is the person who always cuts my hair. she is great and has a great attitude. I recommend her hi Lisa give you a great haircut. this is al from BMW

I’ve been going to Supercuts since I was a child! So when I moves to the Valley Glenn area I was glad to see one close by. I’ve tried many of the stylist here and I’ve found Imelda is the best! Fades are her specialty and I’ve been coming to her for years! I’ve trusted my hair to her for everything from a casual cut to my wedding day hair cut and shes always done a great job! I even trusted my son’s first hair cut with her and she did great!
Even though I moved away from the area I still make it here everytime I need a cut.

Usually attended to very quickly and done in 20 mins. Like other review, not always the best cut, depends on which stylist you get and how much of a rush they are in. Pays to be able to tell them how you want the cut, be attentive as they cut, and be there when they’re not slammed or tired.
Last night worked out well for me and the stylist. :)
