The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The service at this coffee bean was fast and friendly. My barista during this visit, Bryce, made the best almond milk latte i have ever had. Props.

Not a bad place. Close to the food-​court. Average coffee bean place. The service could have been better though!

It’s a great place with great coffee and a good location the problem is there is no parking at all in the place are always packed and there is a long time wait

Today I visit in the locution in the mall
And the service is super bad!!!
I order cold tea and after 4 minutes the tea is ready and I have only one more person before me
But this the good part the bad situation is the time I am get my tea and come the add liquid sugar and the bottle is empty so I go to the girl she make me the drink and ask about more
And she say «we not have more»
So I go and drop my tea to the trust and I left the store
Never never visit again in this store I go the Starbucks next time

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the Sherman Oaks mall was a quick pit stop on my way into Los Angeles, but I am glad I chose them over the other mall offerings. The chain is better than Starbucks, both in the quality of the coffee and the decoration of the store.
On a very busy Sunday afternoon, the staff was happily taking orders from the most demanding customers with a smile and still making a quality product. Even my simple espresso was pulled fast and well. And yes, the Coffee Bean has proper holiday cups with snowflakes because America.

Delicious coffee and yummy pastries. The people working there are really nice and helpful. I have been coming there for 4 years now and the level of service deserves an A+.

Very slow service. The cashier is always late, used bare hands for pastry order, scratched head, etc. every Sunday it’s «frazzled sorry time» here! The woman who prepares coffee is great, so two stars not one.

I watched all of the employees behind the bar while I was in line, they all had energy and were spilling with positive vibes. They seemed happy and it showed in their service :) Thanks for putting me in a good mood in this hot weather!

Wow. Never thought switching from Starbucks to coffee bean would be such a life changing milestone. My man and I get coffee just about 4 times a week, it’s one of our ways of treating ourselves. We used to go to Starbucks down the street by rite aid but some shit happened there.
We come into this coffee bean now, usually looking like we just rolled out of bed, because we did just roll out of bed, and everyone is ALWAYS so friendly. This customer service is actually very consistent with every coffee bean we have been to. I get the ice blended drink here, I kind of like Starbucks drink better texture-​wise, but the customer service at coffee bean makes me always pick coffee bean first. I get anxiety at Starbucks because they are so weird to is there. I also like coffee bean because They aren’t all politically in your face like Starbucks. With all that Oprah Winfrey bullshit.

They are always friendly. It’s nice going there

One of the best coffee bean location. Always busy. However, service is great!!! Always!!! Manager Bryan is always so helpful, so is the rest of his team. They remember usual customers names and what customers like to drink or eat. Just a pleasure to start morning there.

Drinks are delicious! I always get my fix of tropical passion tea latte. They have a bunch of no sugar added drinks that are also delicious. Always busy and friendly staff. Only bad thing is they always run out of pastries!

Love this place. Was there this afternoon, carrying tons of packages. Marshall, the barrista, there, not only took my order, but said he would bring my drink and cheesecake to my table. Hard to find service like this in a take out coffee place. His courtesy was impressive. Will I go there again — YES !

Super busy Coffee Bean! The only coffee establishment in this mall. Drinks are made very well. Never had a problem with this location. Favorite drinks are iced hazelnut latte and jasmine tea latte.
Parking is great. Large parking structure for the mall and valet parking is offered as well near Bloomingdales.

This place definitely has better tasting coffee than Starbucks and the price is easier on yer wallet! Coffee is almost a dollar cheaper! Customer service was fast and friendly in spite of the busy Christmas holiday people traffic. The line moves fast. It was impressive. I will definitely come back to this place for sure!

I had their latte and it blew me away. I have to say that I’m kind of a Starbucks snob (I don’t usually get coffee anywhere else).
The latte is like one I had in a café I went to in downtown Vancouver, BC. It was the best latte I ever had. Unfortunately I can’t remember what the place is called.

Certainly not the type of Coffee Bean that is use to handling a lot of people at once — god forbid they ever had to work at a location along Sunset. Ordered an iced green tea and it took FOREVER! Most other locations, don’t have you wait for this drink — I didn’t order a hot bar drink! Never really have been to pleased with this location.

This coffee bean never disappoints! They are busy a lot at times because of the fact that its the only coffee place in this mall but they’re great! They’ve never gotten my order wrong or mixed up and the staff is fantastic!

This place also has great drip coffee. I cringe each time I have to enter a starbucks to get my daily fix. The service at this place is fantastic, even when there are large lines and I feel like I want to kill other people holding it up in order to get my coffee.
As we had come from a dodger game, we were stoked to find that one of the employees was an avid dodger fan and had dyed her hair blue. How cool is that?
