Worse Bank ever can’t give me any change when I have had a credit card with them for over three years. Super slow employees. Bad customer service you just lost a customer.

The worse bank ever!!! Don’t waist your time to go there! If you need to deposit money in the morning it would be better to drive to different location because their system is always down. I came here in the morning to deposit cash the teller made me wait 30minutes and then told me that they don’t do cash deposits because the system is down. The customer service is the worst one, they don’t know how to do service at all! So don’t waist your time!!’

i have two loans through us bank; one for my car and one for a second home. my car lease is due and they have scheduled two appointments with me to look at my car to determine if their are any damages. they use a four hour window and would you believe they can’t even make that in time? i have made every car and home payment in a timely manner — yet they cannot reciprocate. i am very disappointed in their service. do NOT get a car loan from us bank!!!

If I could give 5++stars to this US Bank branch, I would! I opened my account years ago at my home branch on Riverside, as it is right around the corner from my home. They are the worst there. This Ralph’s branch is the absolute BEST! Great hours 7 days a week. But most importantly, this branch has amazing customer service due to the manager Thomas Ruiz. He and his staff are so kind, patient, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable! I could go on… but I won’t. Don’t bother with your home branch, come here and you will be 100% satisfied. Thanks guys for being amazing

Horrible the asian at the window demanded I open a account, have 2 valid id asked if I spoke engrish and even insulted me over the phone with my boss how do you say your name… wtf racism is still alive and well damn Asian Rick…

Though I find banks as irritating as they are useful, I’m willing to give Alan and Zuhair, the branch tellers, both a 5 star rating. They are attentive and helpful to the max within limits imposed by the company itself. I know I can count on them to help me with a positive attitude, which always makes things go better, and more quickly. Thanks.
