Greg recently did a home inspection for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and I met him onsite as he was wrapping up the inspection. He walked me through the house, gave me an overview of everything he had found, gave suggestions and asked if I had any questions. The following day he provided me with an extremely detailed inspection report containing helpful photos. His pricing was also very reasonable at $ 450 for a 1770 sq ft home. Thank you Greg!

Recently I had a property inspected by Stefan. He was very punctual and thorough. He took time to explain me most of the issues. He did not leave any stone un-​turned. His reports are also very through. I would highly recommend Stefan for home inspection.

Stefan and his team were prompt, friendly and thorough! He walked me through my new home and noted positives as well as potential problems, pointing out potential level of urgency for repair because some things were just minor but he wanted to ensure I knew about them. Stefan also mentioned things that I could report to my HOA for repair. His price was reasonable and he provided a report within 48 hours. I was able to request that the seller repaired or replaced certain items and they were all accepted which showed me that they must have been reasonable as well as relevant! Stefan came recommended by my realtor, and I’m always skeptical of taking a referral from a party that has interest in closing a deal, but he was great. I came from work to meet him, and we got to go through the whole house together, and talking with him was great to get all the inside information (rather than just relying on the report). The report was good too, and is great for future reference. Overall, he was thorough, friendly, knowledgable and straight-​shooting. I recommend.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and had an identical experience as Tomas did in his review below. Stefan was extremely thorough, aired on the side of caution and played devil’s advocate (very important when buying something as expensive and costly as a home!), checked every nook and cranny of the home, provided us with a detailed report complete with clear photos with arrows, was very kind, professional, and easy to understand (we are very new to topics such as siding, flashing, contemporary building standards, etc, and he made it very easy for us to comprehend). The home inspection report is also very easy to understand even though we are very new to housing terminology.
