Terrible service, terminate these awful employees! Where are the managers and customer service qualities, I guess when you sell deadly chemicals, sugar and corn syrup who cares about customer service!

I think everybody pretty much knows what to expect here. This location seems pretty good. I ordered a cake once and they had a pretty hard time getting it customized. The girl at the counter said that she needed at least a weeks notice to get the cake made. I asked if she could just write something simple in frosting and she said she could not. So I just asked if I could use the frosting myself, and she finally rolled her eyes and never to me. Hey I need the cake! So I wrote happy birthday am pretty crappy letters. I guess that was nice of her to let me use the frosting but I think from the customer service perspective it would have been easier just to take 30 sec and write happy for me.
