I’ve been a very loyal customer to this store since day one. I still recommend they’re customer service and they have the best variety of products within a fifteen mile radius. I’m a little disappointed after my purchase today though. I purchased a new tank for my E-​cigarette MOD for $ 36.99. After I got home I did a little research (which I should have done first) and found they are selling everywhere for between $ 17.99-$ 22.99 and most with free shipping. I also called a shop in Portland to see what the same product sold for there just to be fair and I was quoted $ 26.99 at a retail store. I understand needing to have a decent profit margin to cover overhead but that’s just way too much.

I recently visited RichWells tobacco and the staff was incredible! and very very knowledgeable about all the wide variety of products they have in stock, will definitely be getting all my tobacco products there from now on! also the store was very organized and very well set up!!!
