Very happy all around. Found great information on-​line before going (for instance what identification is needed for a minor getting a piercing). We went in and Vicki helped us. She is very professional and detailed. She asked great questions to find out what we needed and why. Then she explained what is available, the pros and cons, and let us make an informed decision. She detailed all post-​care instructions and answered all of our questions. She made sure we knew that any help we might need after the appointment is available by phone, on-​line or in office. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Vicki for all of your help and personalized attention to both my daughter and I. I absolutely recommend this business.

Great shop, very knowledgeable and even other customers were willing to help out. Came in with an idea of what we wanted and Will showed us some options that were even better! Didn’t rush us as we tried out flavors, Andrade sure we had everything we wanted! I will be back!!!

This type of business moving forward should allow customers the experience of using a vapor device and also most IMPORTANTLY mention that this type of device is NON returnable and customer should be provided a receipt at the end of transaction. My first impression GOOD effort as far as
Salesmanship on Will’ s part, not so good repro from owner when trying to return device, Not even a store credit was offered since return policy was not given to customer, not even a interest as to why device was not suitable for customer. I know that the owner of any business has the authority or should have the want to satisfy his customers and do what is right for that particular customer.

While driving from Salem to Portland we came across Paradox and we are glad we did! Will was so friendly from helping us find the place (around the rite-​aid corner) to helping us find exactly what we needed. His knowledge and roots in the community make his customer service skills and product knowledge impeccable. It’s nice to meet a friendly person while traveling from out of town and we will definitely stop in again next time! Highly recommend this place.

Great customer service! Great deals and great products. Have a cool little lounge area with an x-​box set up like a skate shop. Pretty awesome spot

I made an account just to give this review.
This shop is amazing. Not only do they offer quality products and great prices, they don’t try and upsell more profitable products to you. They give a thorough talk about each product and just let you choose with no hassle.
In the short time it’s been open I’ve probably spent a couple hundred dollars on stuff there. Most of it being vape juice.
Speaking of vape juice, they offer great selection and flavors and are constantly looking to expand their variety. Every time I go in I get to try new flavors, it’s pretty great.
The staff are always super friendly and make a really relaxed atmosphere. Super knowledgable about any product they sell and great if you just want to hangout and bullshit with for a bit.
They now have all my business in terms of vaping. I have no need or reason to go anywhere else.
Even if you’re unsure, just give them a try. Walk in, talk with them and I’m sure they can win you over.

Excellent shop with a great variety to peruse. Nikolai (if I butchered the spelling I am SO sorry!) is not just incredibly helpful and personable, he has an infectious enthusiasm for the cool things on offer in the shop. I walked out with a bubbler for my vape pen and a few other small items I have been needing for convenience. If I had the budget at the moment, I would have spent much, much more. I encourage you all to stop at Paradox for all your needs. Keep this awesome new shop open.
Best thing? I left with a smile on my face and a wallet that wasn’t cursing me for abuse. Good times. ^.^
