Ohio State Nature Preserve smack dab in the middle of nowhere.(Ironically, near a landfill…). 1.25 mi boardwalk path through old growth forest. Handicap accessible. No picnic tables, no restrooms. Sign says no pets but a lady passed me with her leashed dog. Ash borer beetle has caused a lot of visible destruction along the boardwalk — signage warns of this and to avoid the boardwalk during high winds. Very nice and quiet area, beautiful views. Be sure and find the lookout tower for a great view of the foliage.
