I took my car here because someone backed into me and they did an amazing job!!! the ofiice was great and very informative on what they were going to do to my car. i really didnt think that my car could look this good again :) thank you guys for doing such a great job!!! i would reccomend this shop to everyone!!!

I was recently in an accident that knocked off my passenger side mirror and caused some surface scratches in the passenger door. Progressive Insurance recommended Golden State Collision. Upon getting my car back I noticed that the new mirror was slapped on using globs of epoxy rather than a proper mirror mount, and that the scratches they were supposed to sand, buff, and clear coat were still highly visible. They have been unwilling to correct their work and I had to file a complaint with the California Department of Automotive Repair. This body shop bills for labor they do not complete and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
