Ewwwwwwwww! First off the pizza looked dry. Second the guy making the pies looked like he was trying to get a sale! He didn’t care about what he made! The place looks bad, real bad and I hated the $ 3.80 for a slice! This is not New York Pizza!

Throughout my childhood, my parents usually ordered from Toninos Pizza on Surrey Circle. I’m not sure if ownership has changed in the last 15 years or so, but it tastes different to me as an adult than it did as a kid. The pizza is pretty good as pizza goes. It’s a little on the expensive side, but I’m a big fan of the chicken masala slice. One thing I have to say is if you’re ordering from Toninos, get delivery or pick it up unless you don’t mind the lack of ambiance. The place has outdated game machines, an ice cream cooler that doesn’t work and has been there for years, and the whole establishment looks kind of depressing.

Brought 2 large pies this evening, and the cheese had a sour taste, we called them to let them know, they tell us to return the pie… We did and they deducted for the slices that was bitten or half ate that we put back in the box as proof of the pie not being good Great customer service there guys!

I know the Shirley/Mastic area doesn’t get a great rep. However to me this is one of the best areas for great real italian style pizza. Especially on the east end. This happens to be one of the restaurants that provides great quality pizza. Good Heros. My family has been going to here for years. Great!

My husband and I love the pizza especially the BBQ chicken pizza and buffalo chicken pizza. They do deliver but we choose to pick up because it tastes fresher. Also check the back of your receipts from Pathmark and King Kullen because they always have coupons!

This spot has been around as long as I can remember and they(now) also have a WHB location; site is @ … Parked in the shabby downtrodden lot and walked into the no-frills joint — dropped $ 5 on 2 slices, the normal duo of a regular and a Sicilian, to go. Not very impressed though nothing too bad — imperfect slices with some indelicate seasoning and varying degrees of doneness, but of substantial size for the price. If you’re into it enough, there are plentiful coupons via circulars AND on backs of grocery receipts.

Pizza is much too greasy for my taste. My friend loves if, but I’m sceptical on his food choices often.

Tonino’s has pretty good pizza. Not the best, but decent. I love their potato bacon cheese pie. That is definitely worth getting if you go there.
