The word«spa» is incredibly misleading. There is nothing spa-like about this place. No pampering little touches, no full menu of services and bargain-basement décor. The website is extremely misleading as well. That said, the prices are good — although I was short-changed by ten minutes on a massage. The massage was fine but not memorable. And the language barrier was a minor issue, as the other reviewers have pointed out. I’m not rushing back here at all.

I received a coupon for a discount on a reflexology foot massage and decided to give it a try. I could not wait to get out of the place! The poor woman who gave me the massage had no idea what she was doing. It certainly was not foot reflexology. She could not speak a word of English so there was no way to communicate with her. Isn’t there licensing for massage? Can anyone say they are doing a certain type of massage without proof of training? If I were a massage therapist, I’d protest«spas» like this one. This was a bad experience.

I went here for the foot reflexology for 90 min special for spa week. The inside was decent with some diet Safeway sodas and a water cooler/heater with some chinese and american candies at the receptionist desk. When it came to my appt, I was massaged by a lady named Amanda who had only been in America for 5 months. I could totally tell I would not be able to communicate with her very much during my massage. The massage was ok. I was hoping for it to be a educational experience like what I needed to work on in terms of organs and such, but it wasn’t anything like that. Cheap prices, but be prepared to not be fully able to communicate with whoever’s doing your service.
