A tree fell on our house today! I called Roger and he cancelled his morning appointments to come and help us out. It was a pretty epic job but he was super quick, cleaned up after himself, seemed totally knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and very honest about the price. We appreciated him taking the time to come and help us out with this emergency.

Worst customer service. Had to call several times just to schedule a quote. When he finally did come over we agreed he would be back in 2 weeks to trim the tree, NEVER CAME. Called numerous times and none of my calls were returned. Sounds like he is good arborist, but only IF he shows up. Called Vitalitree and was able to get a quote and get my tree trimmed in a week.

Roger came on time, did everything exactly as we discussed and left my place looking like he was never there. The wood was chopped and stacked neatly. He did a beautiful job pruning my maple. You can tell that he loves his work and is a great arborist. I can recommend him unequivocally to anyone.

I have been working with Roger Barnett (Barnett Tree Care) now for the past 3 or 4 years. He has been my mentor and has taught me a lot about being a professional and safe arborist. He even came with me to Idaho to get my ISA Arborist Certification. He is actively aquiring continuing credits (CEUs) as an arborist and is an incredible photographer also. This company cares about trees, they are not hacks!
Since I have known Roger, I have started my own company and he has supported me fully in my endeavors and now we work together quite often. He is the most honest and fair/​competitive in pricing. He has been doing this for nearly 40 years. Roger never stops talking about trees!
In addition to technical removals, he is an ace from crane work and logging to fine pruning and support installations in trees (I.e. cabling, bracing).
