Bathroom is a must for most food places, I peed by the side of building! If u are going to serve any kind of food u should have one.

Two stars because it’s Baskin Robbins and even this place can’t screw up the product. No more than two stars because this place is expensive — $ 5 for two average sized scoops on a regular cone. if you pay with a credit or debit card there’s a $.50 fee if your order is less than $ 20.00 and there’s no notice posted anywhere to let you know ahead of time. The store hasn’t had makeover in 30 years, very few places to sit. Not a fun experience at all.

For my husband’s surprise 70th birthday party, I stopped here and ordered an ice cream cake to serve 30 people. Not only was the cake ready when I wanted it, but it was perfectly decorated with the specific wording I ordered. The chocolate-​chocolate-​chocolate dessert was wonderful!

DO NOT COME HERE! «Ms. Vu» does not stock basic items and charges twice as much for what she does carry! I purchase peanut butter chocolate pre-​packed quarts at random BRs all over the USA. This is one of if not THE most popular flavor BR has. I was shocked to find that not only is it not carried at this location, but you are then charged an extra $ 3 to hand pack it. Further, their prices are at least 30% higher than other stores! Usually a pre-​packed QT of this is around $ 5. Here it’s $ 6.50 + $ 3 = $ 9.50??? Very sneaky way to force upsells, Ms. Vu!

My son has severe nut allergies. This Baskin-​Robbins keeps the nut and nut free ice-​cream in separate counters and is very careful about not transferring nut allergens to the nut-​free side. They are great about answering questions about ingredients, etc. The service is always friendly and polite. I always get my son’s birthday cakes here. I can’t eat ice cream but my family says it is great here!

32 flavors of pure happiness!!! What can I say I love ice cream and I really enjoy coming here with my daughter.
I always have a hard time trying to decide what I want because every flavor looks so dang good. Plus they add some new flavors for the different seasons. I don’t really have a favorite yet because I am always trying something new. My daughter on the other hand really likes the mint chocolate chip or anything with Oreos.
The service is always great and extremely friendly especially when there are children around. That right there will keep me coming back for more.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this BR location on our way home from Greenlake on Saturday’s glorious sunny day. We planned to get ice cream at the lake, but apparently everyone else had the same idea and the lines were out the door at every single place! So we hit up this BR on our way back home.
I had the White Chocolate Caramel Chunk, which was pretty decent. My boyfriend had the Tropical Ice and it was SO GOOD! I will have to come back for this flavor because it is fantastic — coconut, papaya, and pineapple all mixed into one flavorful ice. YUM!
The girl who made our ice cream was super friendly. Prices are pretty much in line with other dessert chains.
We’ll likely be back here!

I’ve been here a few times to order cakes for birthday parties. Despite the expensive price for the cake, I am a fan of it because of the delicious, yummy flavors. They do half cake, and half ice cream. Mmmmm what a great combo. However, their display on their cakes aren’t as nicely and cleanly displayed that would make you want to buy a cake and eat it too. I chose my cake designs out of their design book, and they do an average job. Some cracks here and there, and some parts not smoothly sealed or fixed, but looks edible at least! The flavors are what makes the cake. Too bad the decorating skills don’t match.
