Drove by this weekend and they appear to be closed. It doesn’t look like a remodel either. It saddens me because the owner was quite nice: (

The yogurt is quite icy which is great if you want to avoid creamier tastes… not so great if you enjoy the creamier stuff. It’s almost a frozen yogurt sorbet.
The décor is super cute and conveniently across the way from LA fitness. Their fruit toppings are really fresh and the mochi is awesome! I also like the blueberry flavor.

the fro-​yo taste so fresh and new. the fresh fruit topping are fresh, very fresh and generous portioned, and other topping are good too, my new favorite is the mo chi rice cake and the lychee jelly. this place definitely rock!!!

Lets be clear here, this is more of an acquired taste.
Yes, its true the yogurt is more sour-​tasting. and there are a few odd ducks out there that like that. To each your own fro-​yo. Personally I like mine more sweeter like Red Mangos.
The owner/​barista was very prompt, sweet, and offered me free small samples. I couldn’t have asked for better service and plus I was only person in there that day.
I rated this place based more on yogurt itself.

150 calories for a small, people — NONFAT — and delicious! My new splurge.
I wave to my gym (Hi Gym!), and I cruise right by and get froyo instead. It is tart, too tart for some, but I love it! I wish the toppings were a little more health conscious — unsalted nuts, unsweetened coconut would be nice, but what are you gonna do? Their fruit is fabulous — they source it from all over, and the other day the raspberries were gorgeous.
Flavors change every week and the green apple was delicious. Cantaloupe was good too, though I’m digging the plain. It seems to be fine on our sensitive, sometimes-​not-​so-​good-​with-​dairy stomachs. I can’t wait to taste them all!
Service is super friendly, and there’s a punch card. Will I be eating froyo all winter? Might be my best excuse yet to get to the gym!

I LOVE sour tasting yogurt. For some reason O Melon, yogurt tastes fresher, healther and all around better. Who knows if it is but I think I have a serious problem because I keep having cravings for this stuff!
I have yet to try their sandwiches or tea but they both look delicious.
O Melon is a very hip place hidden in the strip mall culture of Aroura Ave.

Swanky décor. Generous portions. Tangy yogurt perfection.

On one hand, TCBY is as close to legitimate frozen yogurt as I’ve ever been. On the other, I can’t imagine a food tasting better than what they sell here. Low prices, tangy and refreshing yogurt, and a reasonably hip/​chill ambiance add up to repeat visits.
Can’t speak for anything else on the menu, but I never thought I’d be eating plain frozen yogurt with no toppings and knowing that I can die happy.

While not being remotely as good as Pinkberry, O Melon is good, in a very different way. Sure, the yogurt is tangy like Pinkberry, but it’s more of a sour, creamy tangy. It’s almost like half Froyo and half Sour Cream. It’s interesting and I like that it’s a lot more different than Red Mango, or Cefiore, or Crazycherry, or Mooberry… it’s not just a Pinkberry knock-​off, it’s really different in flavor.
As I mentioned, the yogurt is sour… and creamy… yet still tangy. The texture is also more creamy and while it seems to freeze all the fruit toppings, it melts faster than what I’m used to. The texture was sort of grainy one visit, but has typically been more smooth during later visits (although, not even comparable to the smoothness of Pinkberry! Yes, I know I’m obsessed). The toppings are always fresh, although limited.
Décor and ambiance is pretty comparable to other froyo places, and while I swear there’s only ever one employee working, she’s friendly and quick. O Melon gets 4 stars because it’s a very different tasting yogurt… not anywhere as good as what I’m used to, but it’s unique and I know I’ll be back. Also, the pricing seems less than other comparable places. Nice! I’ll be back… in fact I’m even looking forward to coming back!

Mmm, I am glad i stopped by here after my workout at LA Fitness, and no, I didn’t get a smoothie! I got a small plain yogurt with raspberries and it was very good. The yogurt was tangy and crisp in flavour, and the texture was smooth enough for my palate to feel pretty good about. I love the tea wall and the girl that works there was friendly, helpful, and had me laughing. Customer service is always a huge bonus. I will be going back on hot days for a smooth treat!

If you want yogurt in North Seattle try this place. The yogurt here is more on the sour, creamy, and melty side. That may or may not fly with you. I’ve had Red Mango, Pinkberry, StarBerry (on University Ave) and CrazyCherry (on Broadway). I’m one of those people who will eat yogurt when it’s freezing outside.
Across from LA Fitness and parking shouldn’t be a problem with those 15 minute spots right in front.

I’m pretty indifferent here. I like it, and the service was great. I got the original flavor (the flavor of the week was kiwi) and I got strawberries and kiwi on it. The fruit was nice and fresh tasting. My yogurt was a little grainy in texture, which isn’t always the case with froyo, I like it a bit more smooth. It seemed to melt faster than others too, is that normal?
This is actually an awful location because it’s right next to my gym, which means I could easily go there on a daily basis and completely defeat the purpose of hitting the gym in the first place.
I just wish there was a better variety of flavors of frozen yogurt available, plain doesn’t do much for me and what if I don’t like the flavor of the week?! Then I’m driving across the street to the Starbucks to get myself a fatty-​ass frappucino.

I’m in LOVE with O-​Melon!!! I never liked Pinkberry, it was very disappointing. And cause of that, I told myself that I will never eat a frozen yogurt! But O-​Melon Frozen Yogurt encouraged me to eat frozen yogurt again, and this time very delicious. I like how they have different flavor every week, so you can try every other flavor every week! My sister and I go to O-​Melon a lot since it’s like 5 minutes to where I live!!! I’m glad they opened in the Aurora street where I live! Since I work at Burger King, I saw their discounts of buy one get one free. I regret for not collecting LOL!!! I only used one, and I found out they don’t have it anymore *tears*. The customer service is really nice too. I like the lady there too! She and her husband is nice ^_​_​^ And I love their topping especially mochi! I like how they have a tv there, and also free wi-​fi internet service! Even though I only go there to enjoy eating frozen yogurt! I already filled up my first stamp card, which is used, now I have another one that is filled since I kept going there so much!
I’ve been telling my co-​workers at Burger King how delicious frozen yogurt is. And one of my co-​worker, Tara she said she has tried the one with strawberry cheesecake frozen yogurt and she couldn’t stop talking how she fell in love with it XDD And my other co-​worker Gabby who goes there every week to try new different flavors! My best was mango, blueberry, strawberry, peach, cantaloupe, and kiwi! Wait actually that’s all the flavors so far that O-Melon’s flavors were XDD So I guess I loved them all! But my best has to be blueberry! But I’m currently waiting to try the next one! Plain is VERY GOOD TOO OMG!!!

I live right across the street and got excited when I saw a new frozen yogurt place opened. I’ve only gone once though and I wouldn’t say it’s that amazing or anything compared to other places, but it’s alright.
I’m just glad I have one across the street haha.
Pricing wise, I think they’re a little too expensive cause a small cup is $ 2.75 with no toppings and they barely give you any for that…
Taste wise it was pretty good, but it wasn’t creamy or that smooth for me cause there were little ice bits in there.

So we finally got to go here after the long wait (as hubby says). We decided to stop by after our trip to the Seattle Premium Outlet (which I will review later), but anywho, we saw the Grand Opening sign as we were getting gas at Sam’s Club so made a mental note to stop by. The place was pretty empty with one lone girl working the counter. She was watching the Olympics and was relieved to have someone in. The hubby got the flavor of the week (mango with mochi X2) and I got the regular with raspberries and mochi (what no fresh mango?) ahh man. they had quite a bit of toppings, but not as much as red mango. I think they will add more as they go. But they are a bit cheaper than them. I found the yogurt to be tangier, and that’s my personal preference. They also have a wall full of different teas. So you can get your tea fix too. I love the fact that this place opened up because it’s closer to home than say us going to Lynnwood for Red Mango. The interior is reminiscent of a sterile environment with green and white as their theme, with lucite chairs. I guess that’s what these places are aiming for thanks to the whole Pink Berry craze. We will surely be back, but in the meantime I hope they do well. I guess it’s something to attract the LA Fitness crowd, it’s something pretty healthy but yet delicious. Like all the people who work out there, they’re pretty, healthy, and delicious. No I don’t work there, but come on, LA Fitness, that just screams beautiful people right?

So every time I get out of my gym I see this o melon place, and I am over this frozen yogurt craze, and this place is not that impressive. Not bad but not impressive.
The woman asked me if I had ever had frozen yogurt, and I told her yes. She said where, and I pretty much listed ten other shops and she snidly said,“oh do you just go around looking for fro yo shops” (chuckle chuckle) and I was like uhm no I just am a foodie… That didn’t go so well for me, and that automatically docks off one star…
She asked what flavors I wanted to try, and the
choices were: vanilla and mango
I have concluded that vanilla and mango tastes about the same, and their yogurt is much creamier than most frozen yogurt; similar to tcby and slightly tart like the other asian fro yo shops.
I’ve been there and done that with frozen yogurt and this place isn’t that impressive, and I won’t be craving for it when I am done with my work out. Thank god citra;s fro yo shop is not there because I’d get their fro yo after every work out! thank god they are not there because it would defeat the purpose of my workout

This new Non-​Fat Frozen Yogurt place is great! I expected it to be along the lines of a TCBY, but actually, it’s pretty different. Apparently it’s really similar to Red Mango, though I’ve actually never been there. They have 2 flavors — Plain and a rotating flavor that changes each week. Both really taste like yogurt but with the consistency of soft-​serve ice cream. The plain, even though unsweetened, is sort of tart but has a natural sweetness. And the other flavor they had when I went in, mango, was tart and even sweeter. You can add toppings such as fruit or M&Ms, but they also have different toppings such as Mochi (a sweet, gummy, Japanese rice treat) and Fruity Pebbles and Cap’n Crunch. The stuff is addictive! I was there twice in 2 days, and this is coming from a first class ice cream junkie.
They also serve a variety of loose teas, which I haven’t tried yet but they look pretty varied. And the Unilocal listing for their California location indicates that they also serve baked goods, so I assume that eventually this location will offer other desserts, too.
The only drawback is the price — it is a bit more than you’re going to spend at a TCBY or a Baskin Robbins — it’s about $ 5 for a small cup. But the decreased guilt and the unique taste make for a great treat!

I’m not sure of the exact address this is located in the same little strip mall across from LA Fitness, next door to T-​Mobile.
I’ve been craving fro-​yo lately as you can see by this review:
This place just opened this week. The interior is super modern green/​white. They have tea and TANGY fro-​yo.
They have plain and a weekly flavor (This week’s was Mango) They have the standard add ins. I had a small plain with raspberries and graham crackers. It was as good as Red Mango and a small was the equivalent of their medium. The kid behind the counter did not skimp with the toppings either.
This place gets 4 stars for being in my neighborhood and serving tangy fro-​yo. Now The Honey won’t have to drag his butt in to Belle Square next time I get a craving!
