Baskin-Robbins provides consistent ice cream. I’ve always enjoyed the flavors I choose which tend to be chocolate and coffee flavored. At times, I feel a little fruity and go for flavors like lime and orange. Other times, I’ve feeling like a fatty and go for reduced fat or less sugar varieties. I’m writing this review because aside from ice cream, you can get donuts here. They’re actually pretty good. If you come later in the afternoon, you get a discount. The location is conveniently located on the 358 busline and inconveniently located on Aurora Avenue. Personally, I love to watch people both inside and outside the shop there. However, because of the clientele, sometimes access to the bathroom is neither permitted, nor wanted. I find that problematic because I have a child that often wears ice cream on the face and hands which need to be washed. The staff is ridiculously nice and helpful. I love supporting the business whenever I can.

Do you crave ice cream? How about doughnuts? Well, if the answer is yes, then stop in and grab both! The ice cream is the usual BR quality. The doughnuts are pretty good too. There’s plenty of free parking and the owner is super nice. I think for the price point, it’s a good value and later in the day, he runs doughnut specials!

Ahhh, childhood and the famous pink and brown dots of Baskin Robbins. Just good, simple ice cream without fancy mix-ins or super high premium ingredients. This one happens to share the spot with Aurora Donuts, and the people there couldn’t be nicer. They make you feel welcome and scoop it up with a smile. If only the rest of life could be so simple.
