I went on 1⁄31 which i thought was going to be great. Turns out that it closes at 930pm which is ok but sight says 10pm. As one customer comes out i go in completely empty which is fine. When the little young asian boy with glasses(he didnt have a name tag on) that is behind counter looks at me and says you have 10 min then I’m closing. He had a disgust look on his face because i came in. Yes i know you are about to close but when im looking at the ice cream that i want and you rush me that makes me prolong even more to decided. When i finally do he slams opens the glass door to get to the ice cream twice and sighs so many times. Now mind you i have only asked for two scoops and thats all no big order and hassel free. He gets to the register and says shit cause he can’t open it and gets even more bothered and annoyed. The point of this is that learn to be nice and fire this guy who has the no manners in customer service. It gets one star cause the ice cream was ok. Customer service sucks

Haven’t had Baskin-Robbins in years, but went shopping and redeemed a birthday cone(caramel turtle) and bought one for my son(jamocha almond fudge). The caramel turtle, although boasted lower in fat and sugar, was too sweet. I let it go because my husband said it was okay to him. What disappointed me the most was the jamocha almond fudge. It was soft and when I brought it to the counter girl’s attention and wanted a new one, she refused because my son took a bite out of it. I told her he took a lick and the ice cream scoop immediately sank in to the cone; it was too soft. The consistency was like soft-served yogurt. She(I could not find her name tag) told me nicely because my son put his tongue on it, she couldn’t put it back and resell it and«ice cream is supposed to be soft». I worked for Haagen Dazs while in high school. I know all about ice cream. Sweet looking and polite this girl was, it was obvious she was doing and saying what was taught to her. If i could give this place a negative star, I would. STAYAWAY. THISPLACEKNOWSNOTHINGABOUTICECREAM.

You can never go wrong with ice cream! This one is nestled right in the center of the food court — unfortunately for my waistline, it is too convenient to turn down on these hot summer days. Besides having a pretty small selection of flavors and often only having one girl behind the counter(not a great decision in the summertime as you can imagine), Baskin– Robbins is easily my Ice Cream go-to.

Wow, I never thought I would give Ice cream a low rating. This place has awful customer service and that set the tone. The ice cream was okay, but I swear it didn’t taste like the usual Baskin Robbins.

I thought I had reviewed this location before, but apparently not. It is located in the food court area at the Northgate Mall right next to the Red Robin. They have the standard selection of ice cream flavors and frozen yogurts that you will find at just about any of their locations. The revolving door of high school girl employees all seem to be identical(maybe they are) and they all do their job adequately enough. My favorite flavors are chocolate with almonds and chocolate with peanut butter.

I will submit my plea once again: what are you doing here? We are blessed in this city with TONS of good, local micro-creameries. I am amazed that this place can stay in business. Especially this one. I’ve only been here, like, um, once, due to living within a block of it for a while(still, only once, grab a pint of Ben and Jerry’s across the street at the market). I’ll say it again: Bluebird, Molly Moon, Full Tilt, Fainting Goat, Bottega, D’Ambrosio, … need I go on? There is WAY better ice cream in this city. Just imagine what it would be like, to live in a place with only a BR, Walmart, and Costco. Go for local ice cream! I submit my plea AGAIN: Where is the pumpkin gelato??? Thanks for listening!

Sunday afternoon after shopping in Costco and TJMX, my sister insisted to have some sweets here. I told her I wasn’t really in the mood to have any, and she said she’d buy me an ice cream. Then, we walked in. The store front is clean. There was only one person on duty. My sister and her friend tried a couple different flavors. I was very solid on Coconut Nuts as soon as I saw it! What can I say? I am a sucker for coconut. It was pretty good and nutty. However, I feel it was a bit too sweet for my personal taste. But, I did enjoy the day my sister was willing to treat me.

What can I say? A BR is a BR, and that’s good to know. This one is just as fine as the next, with all the flavors, cute cakes and clown cones in the case, the works. What’s your favorite flavor? Mine is Pralines and Cream.

One of my favorite memories as a kid… was getting two scoops of rocky road with my dad… talking about baseball, and ice cream… One of the best moments for me and my son, is taking him to B&R…where is gets the clown cone. and i devour the love potion 31… Its ice cream and they get it right, and have fun in the process
