So Jolly D. You were denied entry because your ID was EXPIRED. You were rude to the staff as well as the police.

This is such a sad little place with racist staff. We went there on a Friday night, the doormen saw that I have a green card and refused service based on me being an immigrant. When I asked for the manager, the manager shrugged this shoulders and said «keep her out». I called the police, and asked them to verify my ID, which is given to me by US government, they said it didn’t matter because the establishment would charge me with trespassing if I wanted to go in. I have never been humiliated like this ever in my life. My friends were inside and we all left after this incident, none of us will ever go back, of course. I kept my calm and didn’t let them use the «she was intoxicated» card because I was not. It’s just such a shame that such people still exist.

This is a fun little casino.

Fun place to gamble as it’s always clean and the people are nice. Match Plays are scarce though.

Ok, so this place is NEVER packed. Been here a bunch of times in the last 4 months so the employees know be y name and face. But for some reason, they can’t seem to remember my drinks that I order. They brought my the wrong one again the other night. and forgot the second one I asked for. How can you forget a Coke and a Strawberry Lemonade? Seriously? Well this waitress did… her name is Andrea… mid height, very slender, long black hair. She took my food order and then when I saw my bill, she tells me «I didn’t charge you for your drinks». Um, ok… why not? Are you too embarrased to admit you screwed up? She always messes up my orders, and other peoples too. The only good thing this night was the band, Mustard Seed… from Snohomish County. They opened for the Terry Hancks Band. Oh, and when I got up to use the bathroom when the band took it’s first break, both of my drinks were ¾ full and when I returned… GONE. No one asked me if I was done, nothing. I’ll never order food or drinks from Andrea again!

Went here for happy hour because it’s close to home. We were hesitant to try casino sushi but the bartender said it was good so we took a chance. So glad we did!!! It’s really good and we’ve been back 4 – 5 times since! $ 5 – 6 a roll during HH… I love the spicy Tuna and the naughty roll is delicious… But naughty ;)

well, after having gone to casinos in London, the Hollywood doesn’t look like much. But lets be fair, Seattle’s not nearly as big, and there is quite a bit of competition on Aurora, making the demand even lower than it already is. For poker, its a fine place. ½ blinds with a 40 cap (as per state law). Sometimes there are «overs,» and the cap is 100. They have nightly drawings for free money, though nobody ever seems to win them — the person they call is usually already gone. Service is ok, usually only 1 or 2 waitresses for the whole place — that includes poker tables (one or two running excpet on friday/​saturday nights, when there are more) and casino games. So basically, they’re nice but it might take a while to get you what you ordered. Tables and dealers are fine. It’s a relaxed, casual atmosphere, though there are also some tight-​asses when you gamble. Overall, its good enough that I haven’t looked to play anywhere else. Food is fine, and if you play poker some items are free, like a burger or fried rice, which is pretty nice since I feel like they could easily over charge for bad food. As is, good food for «free.»

Mind you, I’m not a big gambler. I like my money to go towards food and sports (and the mortgage, I suppose) but I feel like I should review it because of how nice everybody was last night.
I watched a friend play Spanish 21. Did you know that other than the special bonus rules, that they remove the 10’s from the deck? I didn’t know! It was weird watching somebody hitting on 2’s and 3’s when the dealer had a low-​value card showing but since he walked away over $ 100 up, there must be some method to the madness.
The dealer was very friendly and charming, as was the waitperson. My friend was drinking Bud Light (gack) and they were $ 1.50 each! And after having some water, I felt like I needed some iced coffee and the waitperson offered Vietnamese iced coffee — and it was FREE! I didn’t spend a penny there and I got a free coffee.
Also, if you become one of their awards members, your name gets entered into a spinny-​thing and they draw for $ giveaways ($ 50 every hour.) And on Thursdays (?) your name gets entered into said spinny-​thing and they draw on the half-​hour – with values starting at $ 100 and up to $ 300!
So when I feel like I want to make it rain, I guess I’ll take my ducats here :)

I am only rating the bar because that’s the only place I experienced when I came.
The bartender was really nice. She made sure we were taken care of the whole time.
The drinks are SO inexpensive. We had something like 6 beers and the tab came to $ 11.50. This is the gaming rate so buy a few pull tabs and it’ll be worth your while.
There is tons of seating at the bar because everyone is down at the tables playing blackjack or whatever games people play at tables in casinos.
I know my friend lost a good chunk of money very quickly at one of the tables but that’s the price you pay for gambling.
I wish they had a couple things for us non-​gamblers to do. Although they have 2 pool tables in a little room off to the side, they were both taken the whole time we were there. Throw up some darts or shuffleboard! It’ll be a party in here every night!
All in all, it’s a decent place to grab a beer or lose a few bucks on a Friday or Saturday night.

I have twice monthly meetings at Club Hollywood. The service changes from time to time, but we have been happy the last few times. They have great food and nice happy hour specials.
They also have a $ 10 Bento box that is really enough food for two people!
It’s rarely busy and they have a great meeting room if you are looking for that in the north end!

I’ve eaten at the Red Crane restaurant here several time and I’ve never been disappointed. I usually frequent the joint before 7pm because that’s when they offer Happy Hour pricing on their sushi menu. For $ 30, two people can walk out with full bellies and not be sorry later (if you know what I mean…).
The atmosphere is poor unless you like to stare at movie posters all night long. I like speaking with the person making my sushi, but here, even if you’re at the sushi bar, you have to give your order to a waitress who puts it into the system. I think in all the times I’ve eaten here, the sushi chef has spoken only a few words to me… Luckily, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable…

A late night food and drinks run…
Out late one night and my boyfriend says, «let’s give this place a try.» It’s around 1 AM on Sunday night or Monday morning (however you look at it) and the place is pretty much empty other than two or three people playing cards.
We walk in, are seated and then I’m greeted by a waitress who mistakes me for another patron, what’s more, she keeps insisting that I must be this other patron and when she finally gets that I’m not, her comment is, «Oh. it must be that other Asian girl, ya’ll look alike.»
We decide to try the phở and have a couple of vodka martinis. The martini’s were decent but nothing to rave about (certainly nothing to come back for either).
When the phở arrived it came in very large lukewarm bowls. We were given the usual accoutrements (sprouts, jalapenos and basil that were DAYS old). The broth was completely tasteless and unseasoned, the noodles were okay, the meat was completely overcooked and tough. The tendon that was used was the absolute cheap stuff and NASTY, it was basically gristle.
Never again.

This casino has tons of movie memorabilia which makes it worth checking out even if you are not a gambler. I like to be entertained when I go to the bathroom. Its a nice place just to stop off for a drink, there is also a restaraunt on site. Its nice on the inside and has pool tables and video games inside to keep the non gambler occupied if someone is taking too long at the table games.

Club Hollywood Casino has 2 new pool tables, card room, upstairs nightclub, and Japanese Sushi bar and steak menu. There’s also an incredible collection of movie posters, autographs, one vintage car in the lobby. Free cover when they had bands, except New Year’s Eve. I past by and noticed they were advertising a DJ and might of cut the bands. Great place to go dancing on weekends, for Free up in Shoreline. There’s no line to get in either and really laid back compared to the dance clubs in Belltown and Pioneer Square. It’s also an older crowd and not the Venom or Trinity type crowd. Next Door, is Debby’s Drift Off Inn Casino that has a small dance club as well. So you can hit both clubs in one night. I don’t gamble, so read other reviews on card table service.

Great poker and bar staff!

I went to the sushi bar and the fish was fresh and good quality. However, with fish, you also pay for it with price. It is worth it though. The ambiance was 2 – 3, and the service (excluding the chef) was 2. I did felt a little cheated as the tea should of been with free refill like most places. All they did was put two tea bags and refill with hot water a few times and I got charge for 6 teas.
At any rate, if you want some good sashimi at a reasonable price this is the place to go. If they up the service and be more reasonable with the way they serve tea, might be a four star. We will see.

I have no intention to write a lot about this place. I found this place boring and as far as drink goes, I believe they should re-​train their bartenders. Everytime we go there, they tend to be inconsistent with our drinks. I like Long Island Ice Tea and they cant seem to get it right. Its either too much of something or less. I prefer not to hang around this place anymore.

Pretty good décor and comps. Waitstaff was overwhelmed on a Friday night and could not keep up – «lost» my drink order and I had to flag down another waitress — not fun.
Actual playing environment is OK for table games; played baccarat here, won some money and had a pretty good time.
Poker however suffers from uncomfortable chairs, CHEAP cards (like the ones you find as a «prize» in a cereal box), and the incredibly loud music playing ²⁴⁄₇. The music is not noticeable when you are playing the table games, but for poker it is intolerable to me.
Sorry Hollywood, I won’t be coming back here for poker!

Decent food, and average sushi don’t make up for the terrible staff here. If you are looking to get your drink on however, then you could do worse. Selection is good, and sometimes you can find things you wouldn’t usually see in a casino. I was getting Stoli Elit for $ 6 a shot, when it’s around $ 20 everywhere else… Stay away from the tables, floor bosses aren’t nice at all, and sweat the action big time if you are large player…

Just had a few beers there today. Waitress was friendly enough. Been there in the past for some good ‘ol karaōke and happy hour sushi. Surprisingly good for it being a casino.
Cant say much about the tables though… thats always a losing matter
